Huge king room!!! Lots of space! We had a last minute change in our plans, and our granddaughters had to accompany us on our trip. They brought their sleeping bags, and we all had plenty of space!

I asked for a handicap room, and received an email saying their Covid policies. The bathtub was very high on the side, and was very difficult for my husband to get over.

we liked that my daughter and myself found the pool open , so that my 5 year old grandson was able to expell some energy after the 5 hour car ride.

I was looking forward to using the whirlpool, only to find out, there was no longer one in the pool room

I did not stay for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

The room was a little warm and stuffy when I arrived, but it did cool down when I cranked the AC. The pillows were fairly hard, so next time I would bring my own pillow.

Easy access from interstate and to the university. Clean inside and outside and well lit parking lot. Extremely comfortable beds.

Need some updating in rooms especially the bathroom. Faucet worn out and exhaust fan in shower non-working. Could use some TP quality upgrade.

Quiet, comfortable, clean

Check in person was complaining about a former customer. I made light of it but found it unprofessional. Also she didn’t explain to me about the $100 security deposit added to my bill.

After traveling for 12+ hours, I was happy to find a vacancy. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and I was able to get a much needed sleep for the remainder of my journey.

Location was great and close to the interstate. Not isolated and other motels on the same street--A Texas Roadhouse bar and Restaurant down the street. Great coffee machine for breakfast --many choices to brew --espresso-cafe au last and regular coffee to name a few. The blast had waffle maker -biscuits and gravy-toast muffin yogurt etc. Th INN has a main door , so you never enter your room from outside --it feels safer than a typical motel drive up

There can always be better , as in soap-shampoo -coffee in the room---but for a night it was worth it!

Location was easy to find and located near where I needed to be the next day. Mall and restaurants were close to hotel. Staff was was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel could use some updating. There was a crack in the sink, and it was obvious that the stool had been worked on. Odd structure in corner, covered in frayed carpeting. Remove instead of cover up.

Nice room. Close to an exit for taking our dog for a walk.

Would have been nice to have more proteen at breakfast. Like scrambled eggs and sausage or ham

There was no vending machine near the room, and I had to make a whole travel to the lobby to get some water
