I loved how clean and organized the rooms were. The gentle man at the front desk was very polite and kind. Check in was very easy and I requested an early check in. The room was ready. The room we booked was perfect! Just as described. Would definitely recommend if you are traveling with a big family. We stayed in a suite with the balcony. My kids loved it! We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

The pool was closed but the new owner's explained they just took over the property and there is a crack in the pool so they are going to completely redo it. I appreciated the explanation. Most place would just say "It's Closed". As we have stayed at multiple hotels that give us that same answer. Honestly my kids loved the room they didn't even miss the pool(Which is surprising they are water kiddos).

Breakfast typical of Indian (India) own motels. Cold cereal, open gal jug of milk in cooler for public consumption. One bagel, very limited!! I understand the American Dream, but a better English language when dealing with an English speaking public. Your banner of your motel was not visible from freeway. Old abandonment motel sign was visual, but not taken down when business moved. Banner wasn’t sufficient!!

Everything was recently remodeled so everything was new and clean. All the furniture was in good condition. Nothing was in need of repair or replacement. The room was comfortable. The heating system was quiet enough.

I liked everything.

Housekeeping was too early, I missed them most days.

Just disappointed the pool was under maintenance but all in all great experience 👍

No elevator

Enjoyed the breakfast options and dining facilities. I used the laundry— very clean and up to date appliances.

Room was a bit musty smelling— like it could never really dry out. Pool could have been used by our group but had a stagnant look and filmy on the surface of the water.

Location and size of the rooms

Pool was full of tools. No hot tub. Pool dirty and no pumps running so completely unsafe to use. Breakfast was very poor and no hot water to make tea.
