We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a calm and relaxing time with your friends or partner. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the restaurant serves very tasty food with fast, high quality service. A big thank you to Samia, who made our stay even better. She was super helpful and always available when we needed anything. She speaks Arabic, English, and Turkish, which made communication very easy. Make sure to ask for her, she’s amazing! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Everything is great. The room is clean and new. SPA is excellent with 14 different activities. We also purchased extra Turkish Hammam treatment which was excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. During checkout, I complained about the bed which was not very comfortable. Ms Samia expressed her sorrow about it and offered a 30-minute free massage, unfortunately, we could not take it as we were about to leave; however it made us happy as it showed how the hotel is taking care of guests' satisfaction.

The guest relations officer Samia mohamed was absolutely above and beyond. She helped us out before we reached the hotel, during our check in and within our stay. Ive been to many hotels around the world but the support we got from mrs. samia was definately way more than ive seen before even with support during our illness and hospital visits and accommodating us for special food for our needs during our stay. Stunning support all the way through

LOCATION STAFF VERY FRIENDLY GUEST REALATION MS. SAMI WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COOPERATIVE SHE MADE MY STAY VERY COMFORTABLE AND WERE PERFECT ADVISER ON THE HOTEL RULES AND IT WAS SO NICE TO HAVE HER TRANSLATING OUR NEEDS TO THE HOTEL STAFF WHICH MADE MY STAY EASY. I HAVE EXTENDED MY STAY DUE TO MS.SAMI AS SHE MADE THE STAY IN THE HOTEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING.

Rapid check in . Very comfortable hotel for Total relaxation . The breakfast was great . The light in room was so dim that help you for relaxation . The gymnasium was well equipped . The music played at night in main hole was great . Very good view on the lack . The lake is 3 minutes walked distance . Helpful staff ready to solve any problem . The location of the Hotel and the staff is great, the service is commendable. For me the shining part of the hotel was its SPA services, which is one of the best that I have visited in my travels. Value for the money can be argued, but overall my experience in the hotel was great.

If there would be a loyalty program of the hotel, I'd definitely consider coming back for another quick weekend gate away with my partner. Apart from that, the cost is a bit on the pricier side.

Absolutely loved our time here! The location is incredible, the facilities are fantastic, and the team is amazing. A special shout-out to Mr. Selcuk Abasikeles Front office Manager and Ms. Firuze Hidayetova for their exceptional hospitality and Friendly services.

We missed first 1-2 days amazing Wellness facilities ;-) !! reception could share more details about amazing facility or they could share english pamphlets about the facilities.

Exceptional. It was great for every taste and every purpose.However I liked the calm environment and the staff behavior. I love the dogs and cats wandering everywhere.

The lightening system in the room was so weak. It wasn't bright enough. The fee was a bit expensive and of course the facilities were special. I liked if they had car rental facilities because the taxi price was fair high.

This hotel must have the friendliest staff we have ever dealt with, the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, spa is proffessional, the manager is present and always making sure everything is well maintained. The hotel is literally a two minute walk away from the sapanca lake main area everything is so close. The views from our room were directly on the lake and are magical. If you are staying overnight in sapanca this is the best option.

The spa is wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Ms Samia Mohamed was so approachable and helpful with all aspects of the stay, and it was a pleasure to have her as our contact person. The breakfast is very good.

The food at the restaurant is mediocre, we only liked the pizza funghi of all the options (we ordered like 6 different dishes).
