We had a problem with the room temperature and the air conditioning wasn't cooling, so I wanted to cancel my reservation. Ms. Nabila (Relationship Officer) offered us many rooms, but unfortunately the air conditioning system in the resort is bad. She tried for more than 3 hours to find us a satisfactory room. She gave us a 10% discount on massages, offered us a free bowling alley, and offered us a cold drink and a late checkout to make up for the lost time. All of this was in an attempt to satisfy the guest and make their stay comfortable. Honestly, she deserves a higher position than this for her wisdom and professional approach in absorbing the guest's anger.

The resort is expensive for the quality, at $304 (1150 riyals). • It's very crowded, so you don't get to enjoy the buffet or the facilities. • Dinner only lasts two hours, so you'll find a large crowd in the restaurant and no place to sit. • You're only allowed one drink in the restaurant. • The air conditioning is hot. • The bowling alley is out of service. • Many rooms don't have a good view, unfortunately.

The hotel is located on the hill side with very nice courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Just too few area to hang clothes and towels. We enjoy the breakfast and dinner, and it provides free tea time too. Overall food is good, the variety for meat and carbohydrates options can be enhanced. We ate few kofte which are not fully cooked. Desserts are good and better than expected. As the outdoor slide pool not open yet, we went to indoor swimming pool which is enough for my daughter to have fun. We went on weekdays so most of the facilities are empty. Women hamman is nice but the toilets are far. There is a little trail walk in the forest opposite to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good, and we are happy to recommend it.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was very delicious, and the buffet was rich and satisfying at every meal. We would especially like to thank the guest relations team for their warm welcome and for calling us in advance with helpful information. Their professionalism made a great impression. Special thanks to Ms. Aya, Ms. Fatma, and Ms. Nebile. Their knowledge of Arabic was a great help to us, and they supported us in every way throughout our stay. The hotel’s natural surroundings, fresh air, and forest walking trails were incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation in nature.

I had an amazing stay at Elite World Grand Sapanca, as this is my second visit to this wonderful property, it’s still stunning and the level of service is amazing! Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel so welcome. The spa experience was incredible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. This place is an absolute gem. Please go its for you people to see for themselves. The rooms the views the nature facilities amazing. The staff incredible Yaren in particular was so helpful shoutout to her i would just go back for her service. Given this place is a resort the food was 10/10. The attention from chefs and the quality amazing . They have everything you need in the resort amazing place to relax and have a nice getaway.

This is one of the best times I have ever had with my family starting with checking in with Mrs. Fatima and Mrs. Nabilah they represent excellent customer services in terms of helping, understanding the issues and sorting it out. The hotel is really good you don’t have to leave and go out side. there are various activities for children and they also you provide with two main meals Breakfast and Dinner and in between is snacks the food is really delicious. The hotel is located in very quiet area and relaxed in the night time. Clean room and good services and helpful staff and respectful. I recommend this hotel for all families who looking for different experience.

At check in waited 15 minutes even though there were two staff serving one guest ,they could divide their service to help us finish the check in in a short time but they decided to ignore me and my wife for that long. After that the female staff did the check in for us and then I had some questions about the hotel the male staff told us to step aside to help another guest behind us even though I didn’t take long time,he told me in a rude manner to leave but I have the right to ask about my reservation information. That was first impression on the hotel staff and it was bad impression.

Spa, aqua park and forest were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms view was so nice.

Overall the communication in English was a bit difficult. It took a while untill we convinced them the A/C is not cooling enough to change our room. The same issue appeared once we asked for an extra bed. The reaction was so late. There were plenty of foods in open buffet dinners but we didn't see much difference between them in different nights. There was not any kebab and barbique in the menu. We were there over the weekend and it was so crowded everywhere.

Everything is this hotel is perfect. Specially the stuff who are working in the hotel open buffet restaurant, they are very helpful, very kind, receiving people with a smile.

Some staff takling behind your back in Turkish language they think that we don’t understand, in fact since 2014 we visited the lovely country and we learned much, they should not comments on the customers 🙃.
