The hotel is located on the hill side with very nice courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Just too few area to hang clothes and towels. We enjoy the breakfast and dinner, and it provides free tea time too. Overall food is good, the variety for meat and carbohydrates options can be enhanced. We ate few kofte which are not fully cooked. Desserts are good and better than expected. As the outdoor slide pool not open yet, we went to indoor swimming pool which is enough for my daughter to have fun. We went on weekdays so most of the facilities are empty. Women hamman is nice but the toilets are far. There is a little trail walk in the forest opposite to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good, and we are happy to recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at Elite World Grand Sapanca, as this is my second visit to this wonderful property, it’s still stunning and the level of service is amazing! Your warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel so welcome. The spa experience was incredible, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I am deeply grateful for the wonderful service and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and luxurious experience. Can't wait to come back!

This is one of the best times I have ever had with my family starting with checking in with Mrs. Fatima and Mrs. Nabilah they represent excellent customer services in terms of helping, understanding the issues and sorting it out. The hotel is really good you don’t have to leave and go out side. there are various activities for children and they also you provide with two main meals Breakfast and Dinner and in between is snacks the food is really delicious. The hotel is located in very quiet area and relaxed in the night time. Clean room and good services and helpful staff and respectful. I recommend this hotel for all families who looking for different experience.

This place is an absolute gem. Please go its for you people to see for themselves. The rooms the views the nature facilities amazing. The staff incredible Yaren in particular was so helpful shoutout to her i would just go back for her service. Given this place is a resort the food was 10/10. The attention from chefs and the quality amazing . They have everything you need in the resort amazing place to relax and have a nice getaway.

At check in waited 15 minutes even though there were two staff serving one guest ,they could divide their service to help us finish the check in in a short time but they decided to ignore me and my wife for that long. After that the female staff did the check in for us and then I had some questions about the hotel the male staff told us to step aside to help another guest behind us even though I didn’t take long time,he told me in a rude manner to leave but I have the right to ask about my reservation information. That was first impression on the hotel staff and it was bad impression.

Spa, aqua park and forest were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms view was so nice.

Overall the communication in English was a bit difficult. It took a while untill we convinced them the A/C is not cooling enough to change our room. The same issue appeared once we asked for an extra bed. The reaction was so late. There were plenty of foods in open buffet dinners but we didn't see much difference between them in different nights. There was not any kebab and barbique in the menu. We were there over the weekend and it was so crowded everywhere.

Location very exceptional and wonderful its in the middle of forest and nature. Rooms are large and bath room too It has excellent spa facilities and swimming pools and sauna and Turkish hammam It's an excellent resort for families and honeymoon

The cleaning is deteriorated with time. I visited the resorts several times, lately some observations are noted: the corridors carpet and room cleaning not like before. Corridor carpets need to be cleaned or changed and monitoring on the housemades cleaning need to be preformed for rooms Some of the beds needs to be renovated too Staff are not so friendly in reception and guest relations

Lovely stay at Elite world, Top class resort. Pricey but worthwhile. Nice facilities for kids.

Too Pricey... While we busy eating dinner and breakfast and the time is expired ,the supervisors on the floor will go around all the tables to inform guests that the time is over. I felt that this is very unpleasant and unprofessional for a 5 star hotel to do. We are adults, we know the time. I know sometimes guest overstay in the restaurant, but there should be other ways to inform guests politely.

The rooms and corridors need to be more clean I have been to this resort before and came back because I liked it but the level of cleaning and room service are detiroted and need be improved and some beds need maintenance Staff are ok but some of them don't speak English and Arabic speaking guest relation lady is little rude
