The location is good since it overlooks spancha lake. It has a good swimming pool. The breakfast and the area where we take our breakfast (overlooks the lake). They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box.

The Hotel is not well maintained. One of our room has a bath room with broken lock. The tv has only one channel. When they cleaned the room they did not add tea and coffee bags. One of rooms curtines is cut. The rooms are and bath room are very small.

The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.

The lobby and garden are magnificent, the restaurant is directly across from the lake, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

The location is somewhat suitable, the rooms in general should be well renovated and the water boiler should be new, the room is spacious and the views are good.

‏The hotel is wonderful, staff is friendly, and the hotel is managed by the owner Mr . Murat and his daughter Oyku , and this gives a feeling as if you are a guest in their home 😍. I recommend the hotel I will repeat the experience

A small hotel on the sapanca lake the view it is amazing ....the view from the hotel rooms was so good...the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and u can borrow the bicycles for a free ride around...location was great...breakfast was delicious there is a fresh saj bakery ...

I booked 3 rooms , one family room and 2 double superior lake view 1) superb location, lake front ( having your food directly on sapanca lake) with easy access to the lake sahil street where is lots of activities , my kids really enjoyed the zip line and climbing sport few meters from the hotel 2) extremely friendly staff, always smiling and welcoming , special thanks to Mr. Hasan (receptionist) who was very helpful and easygoing at all times with very good English. 3) the food was above expectations , starting with the inclusive full Turkish breakfast where you can ask for any kind of eggs as well. The lunch/ dinner food was spectacular, myself and my wife really loved the see food including salmon , shrimps and calamari (there recipes is unique) and my kids loved there Turkish kufta and cheese burger. Special thanks to Mr. Ugur who made our table location and preparation very exceptional 4) the rooms were very clean and nicely air conditioned ( we were kind of unlucky with the worm weather temp reaching 32 in day time but nice cool breeze in the evening) 5) the swimming pool was still under construction. 6) special appreciation and acknowledgment the lovely lady Miss Oyku (hotel manager), she made our stay even more pleasant, always checking on us if we need any help. Because myself and my family are definitely coming back, I asked Mr. Hasan to show me the roof level suits rooms, we loved the Lale Suite and the presidential suite with their in room Jacuzzi and Sauna 😍 It was an lovely 🥰 unforgettable hotel 👍
