The location is good since it overlooks spancha lake. It has a good swimming pool. The breakfast and the area where we take our breakfast (overlooks the lake). They provide free to use bikes. The room has a good safty Box.

The Hotel is not well maintained. One of our room has a bath room with broken lock. The tv has only one channel. When they cleaned the room they did not add tea and coffee bags. One of rooms curtines is cut. The rooms are and bath room are very small.

The hotel is great! It deserves way more than 3 stars! Everything is brand new, looks like it was very recently renovated! It's directly on the lake so the view is waw! The hotel decoration is fantastic and the pool is great!!! The staff is really helpful and let us checking in at 11am without extra charge which was great after a night flight.

The lobby and garden are magnificent, the restaurant is directly across from the lake, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

The location is somewhat suitable, the rooms in general should be well renovated and the water boiler should be new, the room is spacious and the views are good.

Cosy and quite hotel with excellent overall facilities and design elements. Beautiful whereever you look. Outstanding views and exceptionally good stuff that made us feel like at home.

A small hotel on the sapanca lake the view it is amazing ....the view from the hotel rooms was so good...the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and u can borrow the bicycles for a free ride around...location was great...breakfast was delicious there is a fresh saj bakery ...

The rooms were noisy they weren't sound proof...

house keeping was late, may be due to busy sessions also , the hotel did not issue invoice while i am checking out and they promised to send it via email later !!!
