I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I had this amazing room that overlooked the market with so much light. It was quiet, even if it overlooked the market. The shower was perfect both in speed and hotness of water. The room was clean. I would have appreciated a better quality wifi, but it is what it is. The breakfast was ok, i loved that i could have it outside. I would have appreciated some fresh vegetables and some fruit. But all it all it was ok, maybe a tad expensive tho.

The room was really big (but the price was accordingly). Big bathroom, with a real door and shampoo! which seems to be unusual these days...

The tv was in a very strange position in the room. I didn´t know that our room had a beer theme, so it was all about beer. ALL ABOUT BEER. I don't like beer... but ah... the room itself was nice enough to let the smell, books, bar furniture, barrels pass.

Super comfortable, very relaxed yet attentive, lovely hotel in a great town with every detail thought of. Tea & coffee in the room, fridge space provided, safe and ample bike storage. Great breakfast too. Just loved it.

Internet only just about good enough

A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and super helpful staff. A excellent and generous breakfast buffet. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend and would stay here again

We felt very welcomed and staff were very nice. Very good location, clean, good renovated, cozy and good breakfast.

Wish to have a small fridge in the room or in the hall, we bought some food for our next day and we had to leave them by the window to protect them. Also, more vegetable in the breakfast could make the service better.

The accommodations were just as described, clean, comfortable and well tended. My husband & I both appreciated the service provided by every member of the staff. We speak very little German, and found that they went above & beyond to speak English , to understand our questions & point us in the right direction.

There’s really no way to get around the ringing of the bells. If you leave your window open at night you will hear them - it’s only really a problem if you’re a very light sleeper . The windows do block most of the sound, just be for warned that Sunday morning you’ll be in for a charming concert of church bells.

Beautiful room, clean, comfortable , Beautiful large bathroom, perfect location on the town main square, close to everything and still very quite. The building is old renovated building with charm. We were on Room 20 on the upper floor with perfect view of the church.

Our room was very spacious, clean and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonable! The staff were very friendly, polite and made my partner and I feel very welcome. The hotel also got in touch with us before our stay to see if we required parking to be organised for us which was a great help! Great location in the centre of pretty Pirna.

We probably could have done with some extra towels and flannels. A fridge in the room would have also been useful.

Staff was really friendly. Hotel location is in the heart of Pirna, reasonable distance from the train station.

The wifi was not stable.

The hotel was nice, cute and cosy.

What I didn’t like is that for 130 per night, there needs to be cleaning every day. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned at all, nor did they change the towels. If you change this policy the hotel will be ideal.
