There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast and the coffee machine was superb. For the price we paid I was expecting basic amenities but everything was spotless and the staff, especially the lady on the evening duty, was so helpful and pleasant. I would be happy to stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Signage of where the code to the car park is. One lady was desperately trying to put the code into the wrong key code machine so I pointed her to the correct machine!

Super location near the péage for a one night stop en route for the Mediterranean. Clean no frills room, perfectly adequate for a single night. Secure free parking. Breakfast available. Selection of restaurants within walking distance.

Ideal for us but basic, as per 'budget' title, so not suitable for long stays.

Quiet location, away from town center, thus no parking issues, as township of Castelnaudary looked quite busy this time of the year.

Vending machine did not have bottled water, although had plenty of juices and snacks. Parking directly adjacent to hotel is not hotel parking and not marked so. Hotel guests parked there because it looks like the hotel property. On the second day of my stay they closed it off with a chain and provided sign to the next parking lot as "hotel parking".

Close to the péage. We were only breaking the journey to the South East, so ideal overnight stop. V basic but clean, good shower! breakfast available from 6am mini pastries,ham,cheese,toast,cake and drinks. Choice of eateries within walking distance. Gated parking area.

Perfect overnight stay, very comfortable & quiet. Excellent reception and good breakfast. Note that it is some distance away from village centre but we knew this when booking.

No soap dispenser in the hand basin area, seems to be an odd omission as the room really has everything else needed.

Very good cooling airconditioning, staff at check in was very kind and efficient. Clean simple rooms like the ibis concept is known for. Free safe parking, near shops but you need a car while there is no sidewalk.

Synthetic duvets are too hot and insulating, feels like sleeping under a plastic bag. Mattress was deformed by intense usage. WiFi is weak signal, rooms are noisy, you can hear your neighbours everywhere. Tv channels are only in French

On an inducstrial estate - but it's a budget hotel and we were just there to go to sleep.

Always clean, modern facilities with friendly staff. Its a short ride from the Canal du MIDI and there is covered bike parking in the secure parking lot. Perfect for bike tourists.

The mattress in my room (328) was a little sunken in on one side but it was big enough that I just slept on the other side.
