We stayed there on our return from holiday from Italy, only one night, but we would have liked to have stayed longer. The hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet area, ideal for nature lovers and walks. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was the icing on the cake - professional and friendly service made us feel even more sorry to leave.

Family twin rooms were spacious and lovely, avcomodation was also very spacious. The terrace windows of our floor-level bedroom opened to our beatiful surroundings. We lodged at the Family Hotel, breakfast is at the adjacent Vital hotel. Our accomodation even offered complementary wifi service, even though that was not previously listed as available on the website.

Staff was friendly, very serviceable, and willing to take the extra step when needed to make the stay even more comfortable. Hotel is spotless clean, has comfortable beds, and is placed in a very beautiful valley with lots of greenery and trees. Buffet breakfast was varied and tasty.

I was in a room at the end of the corridor and I was completely unable to use the WiFi to access anything. My colleague in the next room, however, could access streaming services and similar without issue.

We were not told at check-in where the room was especially since we checked in at a different hotel. we we’re not informed that breakfast was at the other hotel….it would‘ve been helpful to be informed at check-in.

You have bathrobe and towels for therme, breakfast is pretty good.
