The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large vanity with an added shelf that was super nice, and the shower was amazing! We stayed for two days for our son's wedding, and breakfast was great both days. Plenty of choices and the breakfast serving area was always full and the dining area clean. We would stay there again for sure!

We were on the 3rd floor and the A/C was running in the hallways full blast. It was so cold walking to our room!!! I wouldn't call this a dislike, just don't need that much A/C! :)

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast the first day was good as usual at Hampton Inns. Good location to see the Cosmosphere which is why we were there.

Unfortunately due to a massive storm that moved through the area, the hotel lost power our second night and it was out at least 12 hours (we checked out at 7:30 am). No power, no hot water, no A/C, no breakfast. The storm was quite bad in the area so it's not the hotel's fault as power was out all over. However, I think the staff could have been a bit more helpful during this time.

Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We liked the room arrangement and how spotless the bathroom and towels were. TV was easy to control.

Breakfast was a little sub-par. Dried out muffins and bagels. Room was comfortable but there was a very bright light out side the window that could not be blocked entirely by the curtains.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was very large. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was well supplied and there were various options. We would stay there again.

The door on the room we had closed with a loud "bang". Not a problem for us but out neighbors may not have appreciated it!

The hot breakfast was spectacular. The hotel was fantastic. We needed a handicapped accessible room for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The bathroom made me envious. I wish I could have taken it home with us!

I will say it was hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, safe and comfortable

It was a bit hot and stuffy in the entrance and hallways. I couldn’t get the room dark enough because the curtains wouldn’t close all the way.

The location was great for what we was in town for. Shopping and restaurants super close.

No ice machine on 1st level had to go up to 2nd floor for ice.

The location is somewhat hard to find, even if you think you know where it is. A sign on 11th street would help.

The breakfast was good and location was easy to find and close to the attractions we visited.

The only complaint was the light that came thru the shear curtains in our room.
