Friendly, accommodating service. Great breakfast menu. Very clean facilities, well-maintained. Really liked to non-slip mat permanently fixed to the floor of the tub to lessen the chance of slipping by providing firm footing.

I am 75 and would have liked to see some sort of grab bar on all bathtub shower to better avoid the dangers of slipping and falling when entering or exiting the tub. This is especially important since the bathroom floor is of tile which becomes very slick when wet. Would also like to see another desk chair in each room. My son and I stayed in the room, but we have liked to have a second chair to more comfortably watch a World Series game on TV.

The staff was really friendly and told me about the rewards program. I was able to sign up and get a late check out which was wonderful since I had a later flight.

The bath tub was a little old and grungy and the stairwell was always filled with debris on the carpet

The bath tub needs to have non slip stuff in the bottom. That was all that we found wrong.

Check in was fast and friendly. Complimentary bottled water for guests. Room was sparkling clean with no chemical smell. Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathroom. UTD decor. Breakfast was delicious and good variety, crispy bacon! Price was considerably less than a hotel near the interstate. I will absolutely book again when traveling this way.

Very good breakfast. The good breakfast is one of the reasons we stay at Holiday Inn Express. Cleanliness is the main reason and this facility met expectations.

Staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

The lock on the bathroom door stopped working properly after being used a couple times. The room also had pretty intense ac by default so was chilly when sleeping in the bed next to it.

The front desk clerk provided outstanding customer service. He made check in instructions clear and the information he provided was on target. The queen bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

That my stay was short.

The staff was exceptional! Our room was just what we expected when we arrived. Breakfast was well tended.

Weekend breakfast did not start until 7:30 which is late for us. However, they opened a bit early which was great. I was disappointed that our room was not refreshed after the first night.

First floor - room 126 facing too much light from outside.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love staying here and it's so close to McPherson College. The rooms are so clean as of the rest of the hotel. I would recommend staying here and they pool and hot tub are also nice.
