I was charged $75 for deposit and I'm checking out I did not get the deposit back until the housekeeper made sure the room was okay I know the room was okay because I stripped the bed myself and I took out the trash but I still do not have my deposit as of 11:00 p.m. the same night

The deposit is $75 seems a little bit strange but give the location and the history of that room with previous occupants at fully understand now. I'm just waiting to get my deposit back

Our room was very clean and cozy. The King size bed was very comfortable. We liked having a microwave oven and refrigerator even though we did not use them. The location was excellent for all downtown events. We could easily walk to where we wanted to go. The price made it a great value.

The motel was dated and there were no extras but, for a good place to stay, and at a very good price, I would recommend the Sky-Palace Inn & Suites in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Very polite staffing. Cute family business. I had to find a last minute place to stay due to an issue with an Airbnb and this was a cheap option that surprisingly was just as comfortable and smelt better than what I paid 3 times the price for for an Airbnb. If I ever came back through this town I would choose this place first if you're looking for a low price place to crash. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Convenient, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and beds. Adequate linen for bathroom. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Big thanks to Chris the owner. My refrigerator was not working properly and unable when I returned new refrigerator was placed in my room.

Doors need some work but overall no complaints

Customer service. They were extremely friendly. Answer all questions even help me Park My truck cause I couldn't get in between the Lines. Will definitely be staying here. My next trip to Hutchinson Kansas. Because of the excellent service and the personality of people that helped us.

Cannot say there was anything that I did not like, everything was to be my Liking.

I love how helpful and accommodating the owner was for me. He let me check in early. For a fee of course but it was only $35. I stayed for the weekend and only paid $115 for the entire stay. Before I checked out I used their laundry service which was $10, but he hung my scrubs on hangers and had it done in a timely fashion.

Everything. they had a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. I enjoyed the peace and quiet so much, I didn't want to leave.

I had to leave.

I liked the price and location. Customer service can go a long way. A smile and being more friendly from staff would be nice. Because the people you check in with. Can sometimes make or break a person's stay.

Has a 100 dollar refundable deposit as long as smoke is not detected at checkout. Staff was kind and attentive. I’d definitely stay here again.

I found parking just fine, yet it is limited.

The room was clean and well furnished. The motel is in walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of several great restaurants in downtown Hutchinson.

The parking area was small.
