Big clean room, comfy beds, big clean bathroom, hot shower, freezing A/C and super quiet. Lots of outlets even on the lamp between the beds. The beds were listed as doubles (I would say queens, my husband and I fit fine in one) so we asked for a roll away bed for our son (a big 13 yo) when we booked and they put it up against a lounge couch in the room to make a double bed for him. With all 3 beds there was still plenty of room to walk around and for our luggage. The fridge is nice sized too. We stayed 3 nights and I would stay again if we were back in Hutch. It's not listed but they do have guest laundry in case you need to wash ball uniforms. The area is industrial so it might seem like an unsafe area but there's actually a lot of security because companies protect their property and we never saw anything or anyone sketchy around. I would stay again without hesitation. The signage does still say Sunset Hotel.

Towels are little.

The location was on the side of town we were coming in from so we were glad for that and the price was very reasonable. We just needed a nice comfortable bed after driving through the night from Wisconsin to a sis/sis-in-law funeral. It was very comfortable! We slept well!

The sink lavatory was plugged, so that was unpleasant. There was no iron in the room and my wife needed that, so that was disappointing, but like I said, considering the price, we were not upset.

We only stopeed here for a night on our weekend trip. We were happy with the room and the price was great for our short stay. John is really nice and always there to help out. The room was big enough for the four of us, it had a microwave and a fridge so we could prepare breakfast in the morning before heading on. The location is good. Easy to find and near main attractions.

The furniture is a bit outdated, but everything was still working fine. And for us it was still more then enough.

This is an older hotel, but John has done a wonderful job updating it. Our room was spacious and clean. My bed was very comfortable. The security lights and cameras made me feel very safe during our stay. Kudos to John for being a wonderful host.

Location, but John and his security measures put my mind at ease.

Staff was awesome I got in late and it was cold but the guy who lives on the property had already made sure to turn on the lights and heat so the room would be warm he even asked if I'd like to check the room first. The room wasnt anything fancy but had everything needed for my stay and was quite comfortable. Will be staying there again in future trips

The price was very exceptional. I feel we got more than what we paid for. The entire place looked clean and kept up well. The room was very clean. John was exceptionally nice and accommodating. It was pretty quiet for the most part.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower head. I'm not much above 5 foot and I had to duck to get my head under the water. Not a deal breaker by any means because the bathroom was super clean.

Fairly clean, quiet ,comfortable bed 3 coolest of shampoo and 2 hand soap.

Only one washcloth and one lg towel for 2 people. No coffee pot, TV remotes were hard to use. No sign saying Vento Hotel.

Comfortable bed, nice TV, when first heater wouldn't, they switched rooms. Gave us an upgrade to king room.

The managers didn't speak English. Used the translator on the phoneto speak into. One of best kept secrets in Hutchinson kansas. The rooms are big and updated. Outside needs to be upgraded.

John was more than efficient and though obviously very busy had no problem taking the time to assist us with no hesitation. He was very friendly and informative. Our room was freshly cleaned and looked great!

The large sign outdoor was misleading as it had a completely different name and it was a bit dark while en route but the place itself was well lit
