Don't judge a book by its cover. This is a family owned and operated motel just a block off of the main highway thru Newton. It is a budget-minded hotel that exceeded my expectations. We were in the Newton area for a weekend event and needed a place to sleep and shower, nothing else. Pulling up to the motel I thought that we might be on the minimum side of those needs. But the room was immaculately clean, the bathroom, though small, was also very clean. The beds were very comfortable, there was a full selection of cable TV channels and the a/c kept the room perfect in spite of the 100 degree heat outside. The motel was very quiet and the staff friendly. No question in my mind that I will repeat my stay with them when I am needing accommodations in Newton in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

We had no problems with our stay.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating when I would check in at 11 pm. They never were rude when I came in that late. They were very kind and respectful and helped me out when I needed it.

Not enough shampoo and condition. I have a full head of hair but thank God I bought my own shampoo and conditioner. Everything else was great.

When we first arrived we thought this might not be good. Very plain outside. The lobby had a strong smell of incense maybe. We headed up stairs to find a very clean room. Recently painted walls and clean appearing carpet. Quiet stay. We did not want breakfast so that was fine. Will stay there again when we are back to Kansas. S and G from Nebraska

Kleenex dispenser was empty. May batteries were going dead in tv remote, but we liked the simplicity of it.

They have the best rooms, they are comfortable and everyone is so nice even when I check in late. I have stayed there several times and it is one of the best hotels, I have stayed at in a long time.

The television picture was blue and had to see but it was fine. I watched plenty of TV and it worked well.

Great Location, Clean Room, Friendly Staff

Outside of facility could use some TLC, There was a first floor guest using his window as a door to access the outside / going in and out of his window to smoke. Would have like to had been offered a continental breakfast but not a deal breaker.

It was an excellent location, friendly staff, very clean nicely appointed room. Good value for the money.

I needed a place to stay overnight and Newton Inn did the job. I liked the owners.

Very clean! Inexpensive. Quiet. Good nights sleep! Nothing fancy, but certainly clean and comfortable!

Love it so clean and staff are So friendly

The owners/ staff are ALWAYS friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The air conditioning has been working well during the summer heat.

Sometimes the other occupants are loud, but that's no direct reflection on the hotel itself. Just wish other patrons had some respect for others who were trying to rest. I am a day sleeper and work 3rd shift.
