.This is a suite hotel where you have accommodations to prepare your own meals. Comfy pillows and bed. Had most utensils in kitchen. Front desk promptly replaced anything you asked them to. Decent shower. Room is very large with nice layout.

Maid service only once during my nine days at hotel. Came in and changed bed linens and towels but didn't clean bathroom, vacuum or anything else. After a week the room needed it.Very disappointed. Also saw cockroaches first morning I awoke. So gross. I complained and was comped one night but didn't make up for it, IMO. The free coffee/tea machine space was often very messy. Sugar spilled on floor and counter. It was a while before they cleaned it up.

Vending machine. Exercise machines. Kitchen in room. Plenty of parking. Mexican restaurant close. Silverware provided.Nice staff. Clean towels. Vending machines were stocked

Elevator wasn’t working a few days. People put mats in the exterior doors, keeping them open for anyone to get in.

The staff was excellent!! I had a special needs child with me that was having a hard time and the front desk lady was so kind and understanding when we were checking in.

Everything was clean but the carpets could use a good wash. They were a little sticky.

Disappointed, with coffee machine in laundry area , not kept . No coffee or supplies. Had a night with disrupting people. But overall a pleasant hotel.

The staff make you feel welcome and are very helpful, Deal with any issues promptly. The room was clean, kitchenette equipment all works. I feel very safe and meets my needs. Good value for the money.

I cannot think of anything disappointing about this hotel and it's location, other than maybe a little better pillows. This hotel was updated, very clean, the staff was great and the location was perfect for our stay. We stayed here in Feb 2023 and if ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again. We recommend this hotel!

Could have used little better pillows but overall was an excellent hotel for our stay.

We were there for a procedure at the spine hospital down the street. It is so close. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We didn't stay long, but the kitchen area was awesome as well.

We were there for 8 nights and when we first arrived the associate wanted to make sure that we had the room matching our reservation with two beds. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room and the conveniences of everything in our room. (The full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and kitchen sink plus all the places for storage).

Not having room service available on a regular basis and taking my own trash to the collection area where I found one housekeeper. I had to take my own used towels to the front desk when I needed fresh towels.

Very clean & quiet. The front desk staff were extremely personable, pleasant & helpful. Laundry room was big & clean.

WiFi was terrible. Laundry machines require use of an app because the front desk does not keep quarters & there is no change machine.

The staff was very friendly, I was there for an exam and they cheered me to go through it, I didn't know anyone in the area, so talking to them reduced my anxiety before the exam.

Nothing, maybe more sound Isolation will help but not a big issue
