Hotel location and amenities were excellent. Plenty of parking and located next to several restaurants and a shopping center. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Beds comfy. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

Location was great.

The room was overly warm when we arrived. We turned on the air, but it didn't kick on. We had to call to get it working. Then we turned on the TV, and couldn't get it working. They had to come back and fix that. Then everything was good.

The recipients was extra nice greeted us and said if we needed anything to please let her know asked if our room was okay she should be recognized for her great job she does. You don’t see enough employees that are ver nice and caring anymore

Needed a handicap room stool was loose not secured to the floor it swelved

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay. Pool was great kids loved it.

Only problem i had was key to room stopped working had two go to front desk four times to have them reprogram them.

Beautifully Landscaped Located bear many great dining options lots of tv channels to choose from comfy bed and pillows clean!

Needs more counter space in room, no butter available at breakfast buffet

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was adequate, I don't like turkey sausage and egg white omelets, but at least they offered a regular cheese omelet and bacon. There was an ice machine on the same floor I was on.

The ac made a loud clunking noise when it shut off. I wish Netflix and some of the other streaming services were available on the tv. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom, just a small vent that is inadequate for a bathroom.

The room was large and comfortable.

The indoor pool water was cold, and there was a lot of rust on metal surfaces like the window and the assist lift.

Room was very clean. Liked that they had Dove products for bathing.

Breakfast could have been better. Its the basic Breakfast that all hotels offer.

The location was great and the staff was great!

Our room was not ready at 6:00 pm & we waited more than an hour just to check in. Apparently the housekeeping staff quit. There was NO BREAKFAST available Sat. morning for our soccer boys before their game!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!!
