Resteraunt is great, bar staff is awesome! Facilities are exactly what the family, soccer team and all involved needed for the long weekend. Its great to have open space and lounge options outside of the room.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here as a soccer team. The only small issue we have ever had was a single bar manager that contradicted another employee for letting us use a space for accomadating a team meal. The space was completely empty but roped off. The bar tender gave me permission for us to have our team meal over there with the promise to clean it up ourselves and no wait staff. It was working out great, we we then given a very difficult time and asked to move by his supervisor. Honestly though we will continue to always stay at this hotel when we are in town for a tournament!

Third time that I’ve stayed here. I was critical of several things last time, but things have changed. Perhaps a new general manager? Great staff, and housekeeping was impressive, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the overall property was quite visible. Last visit not so impressed, this time I give them five stars. Also, I noticed they’re building a new access road into the parking lot, a nice improvement.

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps they’ll reopen the steakhouse someday, it’s been closed since Covid I was told.

The property was clean and well maintained. The restaurant was a great experience.

My only complaint is that booking.com showed 5 king rooms available and that’s what I reserved. However at check in I was told none were available and had to settle for a double queen room.

Very clean and friendly staff for check in. The classy restaurant downstairs for my wife and I and the kid loved the light ambiance in the room. Very good on attention to detail and pleased with overall stay. Great job and excellent experience we will be back for. Thanks for caring it shows. The bar tender made the absolute best drinks complimenting balance and its finest.

The king bed barley seemed bigger than the queen In the double room.

Comfortable bed, effective (mid-June) and unusually quiet climate control, adequate (but not extraordinary) choice of in-room TV. The shower deserves a special mention, not sure how they managed such effect with the usual 2.5 GPM limit. Very nice, expansive indoors-outdoors swimming pool, worthy by itself of bringing some guests in for an hour or two.

The bathroom washbasin drained very very slowly, which is a glitch not expected at a facility such as this. Ice machines are on the odd floors only. No hot tub! Pet peeve, the room has no microwave so no popping popcorn for TV movies.

I loved how the reception desk person who assisted us was able to accommodate us to the correct room after assigning the wrong room the first time. Mistakes happen and he took full accountability the error! I greatly appreciated it.

Nothing honestly….there was a wedding and didn't even here it that much.

Lack of control with a party of VERY noisy people opposite for over 4 hours. Reported 3 times to Services but still continued.

breakfast buffet really nice. room service breakfast also very good. bar was a hoot. a really good one.

no maid service except when asked for trash to be emptied. although the house cleaners were nice people.
