I wasn't aware of any breakfast. Location worked well for me. Most of the staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I liked the self-help coffee maker and the coffee, which was very delicious.

The phone and heat in my room did not work. It wasn't until the 2nd day that someone came to fix the heat. The phone never did work. I asked for another blanket, but I was still cold. One of the staff members was not friendly at all. I didn't like the fact that if you didn't have a key card you couldn't get into the hotel. I understand this for security reasons. However, there was a sign that said to press the intercom button for help, so that someone could help/open the door. There wasn't any button and as far as I could tell, there wasn't an intercom. If someone was not at the desk, I had to stand there and wait until someone did see me. I had to motion for a resident to come open the door or wait until someone was going in or out.

Spacious and quiet room

No breakfast. Also, I arrived hours before the posted "door will be locked between the hours of" sign. Obviously I cannot use my room key to access the building PRIOR to checking in. I literally stood outside the entrance waving at the clerk for almost 10 minutes before another guest exited and I could enter. I mentioned it to the clerk when checking in and she was RUDE, stating yes she locks the doors and she just didn't see me. No apology, no comprehension that the sign was moronic in its impossible method of accessing the property. I would consider staying elsewhere in the future because if the entrance needs to be locked before 8pm, maybe the neighborhood isn't safe.

Loved that there was free coffee for all residents staying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Prices were reasonable in the shop. Great laundry facilities. Everything was very safe with room card entry to get into the hotel, pool area, laundry room, gym etc. The gym was small but had a good variety of dumbbells so could easily make up a good workouts, good quality equipment. Beds were super comfy, and the room was super spacious and clean.

There was no full length mirror in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. Certain areas of the room needed a little maintenance like touch up of paint, few bashes on the walls. The pool area could have done with a few more sun loungers.

Service for towels and trash was good without being intrusive. All of the staff members I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. I will be staying here again.

We did run out of hot water in the sinks a couple of times but was no big deal.

I love the location and layout of this property. The staff has always been exceptional with great attitudes and a smile as you enter.

Unfortunately, I do like this property and have stayed several times; however, they have recently changed their deposit to $75 and I’m no longer able to stay at this location. We travel back-and-forth from Iowa to New Mexico and often stay here and this has been a recent change. We always have our dog with us.

Check in was smooth and very friendly.

My only issue was the shower head did not spray any water you could not make the diverter from the tub to the shower work properly. I was able to at least get a little bit under the shower with a little water sprinkling out not a big deal I did not tell the front desk I forgot but that was really the only issue

The staff are wonderful here. I stay each time I travel to Wichita for work and they are always willing to help me. Most of them even remember me and greet me by name when I check in. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean

The location, while convenient to shopping, restaurants and area hospital and attractions; can sometimes be a little noisy if room is located in the front of the building by Kellogg Ave. Not too bad but it's good to know and ask for a room in the back if possible.

Staff was very nice especially the maintenance that came to check ac unit. The front desk was also kind and informative.

Only thing I could complain about is that the elevator smelled weird the whole time. The first room 323 also smelled bad. The other room was absolutely great. I would stay here again when in town.

Everything inside was great. It was clean and the staff was excellent.

Pool area had limited seating and no shade. The lock from the pool back into the building did not work. The tree by the patio and grilling area could be trimmed to allow some air movement. Employees should avoid parking in front of that area as well to avoid crowding.

It was an uneventful stay. I did use the wake-up call. Their system wasn't working as well as it should have been working, so the gal at the desk called me herself, to make sure I got up on time

I didn't mention it because it wasn't a big thing, but I came in with a cane and was put in the very farthest room from the front entrance
