Loved that there was free coffee for all residents staying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Prices were reasonable in the shop. Great laundry facilities. Everything was very safe with room card entry to get into the hotel, pool area, laundry room, gym etc. The gym was small but had a good variety of dumbbells so could easily make up a good workouts, good quality equipment. Beds were super comfy, and the room was super spacious and clean.

There was no full length mirror in the whole 2 bedroom apartment. Certain areas of the room needed a little maintenance like touch up of paint, few bashes on the walls. The pool area could have done with a few more sun loungers.

I love the location and layout of this property. The staff has always been exceptional with great attitudes and a smile as you enter.

Unfortunately, I do like this property and have stayed several times; however, they have recently changed their deposit to $75 and I’m no longer able to stay at this location. We travel back-and-forth from Iowa to New Mexico and often stay here and this has been a recent change. We always have our dog with us.

The staff are wonderful here. I stay each time I travel to Wichita for work and they are always willing to help me. Most of them even remember me and greet me by name when I check in. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean

The location, while convenient to shopping, restaurants and area hospital and attractions; can sometimes be a little noisy if room is located in the front of the building by Kellogg Ave. Not too bad but it's good to know and ask for a room in the back if possible.

Staff was very nice especially the maintenance that came to check ac unit. The front desk was also kind and informative.

Only thing I could complain about is that the elevator smelled weird the whole time. The first room 323 also smelled bad. The other room was absolutely great. I would stay here again when in town.

Everything inside was great. It was clean and the staff was excellent.

Pool area had limited seating and no shade. The lock from the pool back into the building did not work. The tree by the patio and grilling area could be trimmed to allow some air movement. Employees should avoid parking in front of that area as well to avoid crowding.

Im a travel nurse and this location was a convenient drive to the hospital I was assigned.  The staff was friendly and obliging.  This hotel is clean; it has carpets but thankfully it doesn't smell like cigarettes (nor pets, which are allowed) which was a MAJOR plus for me.  Laundry was FREE which was great and did I mention that the rooms are huge as well! For the value this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was here on an extended stay so my only complaint was that the kitchens don't have baking ovens.  Otherwise this place had all the comforts of home.

It was an uneventful stay. I did use the wake-up call. Their system wasn't working as well as it should have been working, so the gal at the desk called me herself, to make sure I got up on time

I didn't mention it because it wasn't a big thing, but I came in with a cane and was put in the very farthest room from the front entrance

Clean facility and kind employees. Comfortable bed and great soap/shampoo. Quiet and peaceful. Loved having a kitchen to keep my things cold.

Needed more carts available to guests. The front desk loaned me a small cart for my things. That really saved me. I wish there was a way to monitor the carts so people cannot hide them in their rooms overnight.

Clean safe place overall. Easy to find. Amazing helpful staff 👏 👍

My room 319 had some water damage in the shower...showers/bathroom I felt like could have been better. I would have rather had a walk in bigger shower with a rain shower head. The tub/shower is not very safe or relaxing to use. Parking was tricky but not terrible. Breakfast would be nice!

Location wasn’t far from shopping center or downtown area. Having the ability to easily get onto the highway system was a major Benefit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was absolutely amazing. Everything from cleanliness to the general comfort of the bed. Highly recommended and will definitely be using this location again.

Only downside to the property itself is the general area for needing quick things to grab from a store that weren’t available in the lobby convenience shop.
