The room ,the bed , the cleanliness, the pool, and whirlpool/ spa..

The hotel charged us a fee along with the total due for 2 nights. We were told the fee was in case we used the snack and beverage area. We didn't use that at all. My grandson paid with hus own bank card because we didn't know. When we checked out the concierge told me I'd be reimbursed in 7 days. We'll, I've yet to be reimbursed. So in reality the room was a total of 330 for me plus almost 50 bucks for a stay. Not very happy.

The property was very nice, clean and modern

The hotel, staff and location were great. However, the biggest downfall was the breakfast. Coffee and hot water were lukewarm, pastries were mediocre and not a wide selection, the breakfast sandwiches were tough and not very flavorful. You really need to work on improving the breakfast.

Breakfast could have been a lil more fulfilling. Could of had some hashbrowns or breakfast potatoes and regular bread for toast. And juice machine was not working. Overall the stay was great!

This was an excellent hotel! We had a queen suite with sofa bed and it had plenty of room for our family. It also had a fridge and microwave as well as 2 tv's. The room was very clean. One of the best things was that they had gluten free bagels as part of the delicious breakfast.

There were only 4 towels and 2 washclothes for a 5 person room. It would have been nice to have more available.

Didn’t use

Having no convenient way to leave the facility and travel north was very frustrating. You have to go south and do a u turn on a busy street. Will influence a future stay.

The front desk clerk was awesome - very friendly, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool to relax after a long day driving. The prepackaged hot breakfast egg items - sandwich and quiche were quite delicious! Good variety of fresh fruit and yogurts too. The breakfast server kept everything well stocked and found our favorite tea bags.

Breakfast had good variety, location was good, clean rooms/facilities, comfortable beds, good parking. Overall great stay.

No complaints, it was a short stay but everything was really good.

King suite was a nice size with perfect separate area with desk for working.

Happened to be sharing floor where a lot of kids were staying. Loud in early am running up and down hallway.

Newer hotel. Very comfortable, well appointed and CLEAN. Comfortable beds and pillows. We were there for one night on a cross-country drive. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Staff is very friendly.

The facility and room was very nice.

Breakfast was not good. Turkey sausage was nasty and some egg product in a sealed bag was questionable.
