It was convenient to the areas we wanted to see, clean, staff was great, room was comfortable, water pressure for the shower was fantastic.

The parking situation. There was no place to park by the front to unload or check in. As someone with mobility issues, the walk to the building was a little difficult. We only had one duffle bag so that wasn’t an issue. However, a family with children that has a lot to unload, I think it could be more inconvenient. Also the stairwell smelled of rotten trash which was a less than pleasant first impression.

Wonderful pleasant staff on all shifts and nice facilities. Bed was comfy, maybe need new pillows and an extra blanket provided in closet. The staff was very quick to fix the remote when the batteries died. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and staff was courteous. The rolling window blind was a nice addition over the pull together sheers that are usually in rooms. The bar area was very nice for watching the KC Chiefs win and staff made it fun.

Parking is not ideal and loading and unloading is very cumbersome. Limited space if more than 3 or 4 rooms are checking in. Parking lot is not attached and quite a ways from entry door so it all has to be done in front. We had to park in the tow away zone of the garage because the front was full. The air handler or something runs constantly and is noisy. Also the heater was very loud. My husband said it sounded like a garden tractor running outside the window. The light bar over the sink blinked a lot like can a bulb trying to go out. The side chair isn't comfortable for watching TV.

Location was excellent for the conference; walking distance to the Hyatt and Convention Center. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff was very helpful. I had to leave a day early and was not charged. I requested a repair to the shower diverter and it was done promptly. Free parking in a secure garage.

I was glad I brought my own meusli for breakfast. Eggs were mushy and salty. Oatmeal the last morning was still soupy at 7. There were a couple of hairs, not mine, in the shower. Dining out options are very limited without a car.

Scott at the front desk helped us navigate the parking, got us a great room , and discussed dining options available in the area. He really helped us feel welcome.

The parking garage is challenging, but once we learned the route, it was OK. Guests can unload right at the lobby entrance, but parking is located in an adjacent building.

The hotel was very well kept, great friendly staff and a quality breakfast offering. the pool and gym were both well maintained and good to use

the room was a bit small for the price which made it a minor struggle dealing with luggage for the family. but otherwise ok. the parking is a slight hassle

The location was excellent, right off the highway. The room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast selections.

While I appreciated the free parking, having it on the 5th floor, outside was not as desirable. We had trouble with the elevator room codes and ending up using the stairs ( 5 flights!). The day we left, the area between cars has a glaze of ice. Nothing had been sanded. Having covered parking would have been preferable.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff. Breakfast was great and very organized!

The parking situation… the numerous codes, walking through the parking garage and back outside could be a lot for older customers.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good and varied a little from day to day. The bed was pretty comfortable. Not hard as a rock, but not overly soft. I would prefer it to be a little softer, but it was good. I didn't wake up and feel like I had slept in concrete.

The location was great! Easy access to the walking/biking paths along the river, as well as to the Convention Center/Century II/Music Theater Wichita. Free parking in the garage next door.

One of my bath towels had a hair embedded in it. Breakfast was okay, but options were somewhat limited. The garage not being connected to the property.

Great as usual! I stay here every time I come to wichita. Usually very clean, Friendly staff and LOTS of fun dining spots nearby.

The price. .. It's like everytime we book it goes up $10+
