THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!! EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND POLITE. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL, OUR ROOM WASBEAUTIFUL AND WAS SO COMFORTABLE. WE WERE THERE FOR THE AUTOMOBILIA CAR SHOW AND WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR AND WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. WE ARE ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT COMING BACK IN JULY WITH OUR GRAND DAUGHTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BEST STAY EVER. KUDOS TO ALLYOUR STAFF, FROM THE PARKING GARGAE GUYS TO THE WAITERESS IN THE RESTUARNT EVERYONE WAS GREAT!!

NOTHING TO SAY.

The staff at check in was very accommodating, as we have a rather large vehicle and we were not sure if it would fit in the parking garage, so we were allowed to park in their employees parking area. They have security, so we knew it would be patrolled. The hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were also upgraded due to the possibility of noise from remodeling on a floor they originally had us set to be on. That was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view, the bed and it is not our 1st time staying there.

One of the staff was quite intimidating just because we ate not members of Hyatt hotels! We asked for bottled water, and another staff voluntarily gave us. She added on sarcastically saying "this water is only meant for our members, just this once." She needs her attitude checked. Since when did Hotel Hospitality drop so low that water is not complimentary to guests when a night costs $200. We checked into another hotel in Olathe the next day, and the hotel had the same program for members, yet they gave us 4 bottled water. P.s. Area by Toilet not throughly cleaned, still have pee stained on floor and wet.

The in center dining venues were pretty good. The café seems a bit forgotten. Other than the small breakfast crowd, it seems like only staff use it. More emphasis on this awesome space would be good! It was a great little shop and I liked the grab and go offerings!

This may be something I should have known ahead of time, but parking is only available in a paid garage. The key access for this garage was not user friendly and confusing considering you have to check in to receive your key, but there was no free short term parking available when I checked in. Probably not supposed to be confusing but I found it an unwelcome beginning to our stay.

Location of this hotel is great. Being able to admire the view and take an evening walk around the river is relaxing.. I like there is a bar with food with a lounge area to chill out. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice having pool , gym and jacuzzi to enjoy.. Hotel very clean and quiet, with relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast so many great choices all you can eat, fruit toast, bacon, sausage, shrimp eggs, waffles. Pancakes, potatoes. Pastries. List is endless. Good start for the day. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious, plenty of towels and toiletries to use. Enjoyable stay. Would happily return for another visit.

No microwave in the room, however they are available to use on different floors.

Location was wonderful along the river, which provided an outlet after a long day at work. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym and variety offered. I loved the Starbucks on location. The room was comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not offered with the stay, which was indicated when I reserved my stay. The paid options were delicious, but I hadn't anticipated that expense. There were two days where my room was not cleaned, which was definitely a disappointment.

All the communal areas, including the lobby coffee shop and health club are excellent. Also the corridors and Lifts. My Standard bedroom is clean but quite basic. The shower and bathroom facilities were fine.

The bedroom had slightly threadbare areas of carpet and the bedroom furniture could do with upgrading as it felt very out of date. The bed was comfortable. Also the fitted wardrobe could do with upgrading

We are vegan and found a wide selection of continental and a la carte options. Marcy, Matty (?) and Cyndi were very efficient and attentive.

Not quite so cold in common areas.

Close to the hospital where my husband needed to go. Hotel was easy to get to and was easy to go shopping/hospital and get back to hotel. It

Our room was cold. We even shut the air off and it was still cold

Everything was great the buffet was a little cold but overall we enjoyed it we stayed there every time they come to Wichita

Checked out early I thought we were going to need a late check out and the still got charged but the manager took care of it and apologize
