The facility as a whole was great, clean, and staff was friendly and helpful.

I appreciated that the washer and dryers were free. It was frustrating that not all washers and dryers worked properly. 1 washed threw itself out of balance every time, I ran 1 load twice before standing there, holding it to get the spin cycle to complete. One of the good dryers was so noisy you could hear it down the hall even with the doors closed.

The staff was more than accommodating. The stay was wonderful. My shower broke while I was there. It was normal corrosion that caused it. U called down to the front desk and they had it fixed and up and running in 15 minutes. If I ever plan to visit Wichita again I will stay here. Hands down.

The room was a little lack Lester on lighting. But I'd rate it 6/10 wasn't upset with it.

I moved from another hotel suite that was in an area where I felt unsafe. Moving to Staybridge Suites put me at ease. The hotel was clean and well appointed. I felt safe and felt my property was safe. I had everything I needed to use to prepare meals, work and sleep comfortably. The pool was beautiful, and I enjoyed an afternoon poolside. The property was close to beautiful shops/stores where I enjoyed meals and salons before heading out of the state.

I didn't like the $40 increase in my daily rate when having to add an additional day to my four day stay. You would think the rate would remain the same or lower when staying longer. I inquired with two IHG representatives and they offered no assistance.

We were pleasantly surprise to find the place very easily and the parking lot and outside where VERY well kept! When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was smooth and uncomplicated! Room was very nice and was very homey and well kept. Everything worked as it should and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are hoping to find you while out and about and our travels because we will be staying with you if at all possible. Very GREAT price as well.

Like table and desk for both of us, real crockery and cutlery, big coffee maker, free laundry washers and driers. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Couldn't access Google, Firefox or Edge on the hotel business center computer to print a business document. Staff said they were not allowed to try to make it work, because the IT supplier had to do it.

Rebecca was the first person to greet us later in the evening on our arrival and she was friendly and helpful. We had in issue with our room's AC and she immediately switched us to a room in good order. Throughout our stay she was always helpful when we had questions. She truly made a rough week better. The bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold - nice view of the parking lot from the second story, which actually is pretty fun to see when storms roll in. Kitchenette was well maintained and came stocked with the basics. Bathroom was fairly clean and the hot water was great!

Doors can be a bit heavy if you have mobility issues, especially the front door. Parking lot right out front can be a bit floody in heavy rain, so just be careful if you're hauling in electronics. It's an older building, so it's a little dated here and there, but overall no major complaints!

Nuts to soup, this was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly. They helped with my phone when the wifi wouldn't come up (my bad). The room was super clean; same for the hallways. Well lit parking lot very close to the front door. Rate was crazy low for what we got. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in town.

I love the space/layout of the room. I love the amenities. And the mattress/bedding in the bedroom is the most comfortable out of majority of hotels i would compare to. I also like choosing to stay with you because you have a later checkout than most other hotels. And majority of the time I feel the price is fair. I know sometimes when special events happen prices go up, but majority of the time the price is complete fair for what I'm getting. I also like that they have a store there. With my husband being a type 1 diabetic it has come in handy when he was having an episode being able to access that

For some of the night the people above us were pretty noisy but they quieted down by the time we went to bed so it was okay...

Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean, albeit a bit dated. The location was good for where we needed to be the next day, but that area of Wichita is a bit rough. I could tell Sonesta did what they could to mitigate this issue, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, it is an impeccable value for what you get.

It's near a rough part of town. The rooms could use some renovation.

Spacious clean rooms. Crisp clean linens. Recliner chair. Plenty of soap, shampoo. Real utensils, glass cups, ceramic mugs. Hotel rooms smelled fresha, and comfortable set air temps.

Handicap room but no bench to sit on in shower, phone did not work, recliner chair legs did not elevate up stayed very low.
