The very bright lights in the parking lot shining in the windows at night. I love that it's well lit but it comes through the sides and top of curtains so I woke up a handful of times thinking it was the sun shining through and I had overslept. My son also had a hard time sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room because he could see the hall light shining around the whole door so definitely need a strip around for insulation. The breakfast was meh, the waffles were great but the eggs and sausage tasted funky. Beautiful eating area though!

My room thankfully had the a/c on and cool inside. The room was clean.

The menstrual art work on the walls and decorations. It looked like it was a period theme. The wing they put us in was old and the hallway was really hot and gave off a vibe from the movie the Shining. The elevator was jumpy & jinky in that it was scary and obviously very old and needed servicing. The other elevator was out of service. Also it was clear they were in the middle of renovating the hotel.

we were upgraded to a suite because our room was not ready and it was beautiful!!

The stairs were out of order so it sucked hauling luggage up three flights if stairs. Also the breakfast did not have much of a varietyz very bland.

the staff is always nice and helpful check in and check out is simple and fast!

we love everything there, its our #1 staycation spot. we wish we could bring our furbaby, but thats ok!

The prices and staff

The hot breakfast the turkey was rubber and need more options like biscuits and gravy or bacon or something was there four days and it was same each morning eggs sausage and potatoe

Loved the full size refrigerator. Decent size rooms and pool area. Good variety of breakfast.

Floors were a little dirty, as in the needed to be mopped or steam vacuumed. The pullout couch needed to be spot cleaned too.

It was very clean modern and decorated well. The rooms were really spacious clean and modern.

The location made for It being a little noisy

The room was really cute, the pool was bigger than most, it was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly.

I like everything Except the swimming pool i thought it said heated indoor pool. It wasnt was very cold.
