We always love the kickback and the breakfast. The staff is always so helpful and they're fun to be around. Usually one or two of them are singing and laughing they treat you so kind. Always so pleasant. As if they truly like their job. It's refreshing to see. It's the reason why we always stayed there when we're in Wichita

I don't really have anything. My sister would say the parking garage. She doesn't like that. I have to walk that far to park the car. It doesn't bother me at all but she's on the older side. If you have an older sister you'll understand. They're not real patient.

What an amazing experience! Classic meets modern. They've managed to maintain the history of the hotel with the crown molding and pictures of past times with the fresh grays and amenities to keep up with today's times. In addition, Coziness, comfortability, and there's a "kick back" in the evening. I've never heard of a hotel offering complimentary dinner. The view was breathtaking!!! A beautiful lake where you see people canoeing. There are also jogging paths along the lake. Boy I wished we' could've stayed another night it was soo serene. For the most part, customer service was outstanding (see dislike section for the mishaps we experienced). We were pressed for time and it was raining upon check out. We called the front desk to ask for them to bring the luggage carrier. It was brought up very quickly which saved us alot of time.

The front staff. First, make sure the guests have all the information for check-in. Don't assume they know where they're going. Remember sometimes it's the guest first time visiting the hotel. For example, we didn't know how to access the 6th floor from the parking garage. It was late cold and rainy and we were clueless. Secondly, make sure you take care of guests one at a time. It's rude to handle one guest and then before finishing the transaction move on to another guest. Make each guest feel important and welcomed😊

Location in the heart of downtown. Really nice facility, well kept it was an older building but modernized. Has lots of character.. 530 to 7pm they have "kickback time" where they give each ADULT 3 FREE drinks! We didn't get to go because it ended at 7 and we were going to the graduation ceremony. The bathroom was huge and the pillows were soft. Parking was secured in a garage that only guests can access.

Mattress was hard and the air conditioner didn't keep the room cool. The compressor was really loud.. Water pressure in the shower kinda sucked too.. Plus we had to pay for parking.

One of my favorite hotels ever! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, spacious rooms, comfortable beds - and let’s talk about the nightly kickback from 5:30-7pm with free food and 3 free drinks! The hotel is laid out so well, with breakfast and the kickback on its own floor. And the skywalk connecting the parking garage to the hotel is so convenient! Parking was only $12 a day, in/out as many times as you need using your room card.

The only improvement to be made is that the room doors can click loudly when shutting, would be great if they can be updated to be quieter as to not wake others.

Hotel Broadview is my preferred Wichita location. We have been traveling to Wichita 6-10 times a year and had been looking for a "go to" location. We have now stayed here twice and have a third stay planned. The pool and hot tub areas are very nice. The rooms are good sized and clean. Drury Inns have the best breakfasts we have had at hotels. And we like the option of Happy Hour. Hotel Broadview is in a good location. We were able to easily get to the destinations we wanted. We enjoyed being able to take a stroll on the riverwalk.

The helpful smiling beautiful queen who serves breakfast helped get my positive energy going. She’s a gem. Nice bathtub, jacuzzi fitness area I did not take part in the daily kick backs with food drinks and entertainment but I enjoyed the idea that a social interaction and connection is valued here. I also didn’t eat at restaurant but I pondered on ordering room service the river in front is a nice place to sit and relax also but was too cold. Very nice

Parking. It’s across the street in a parking garage and cost 12 bucks a day. Coulda been worse. There is a sky ramp to connect so don’t have to get wet in rain or snow.

The breakfast had a lot of variety.

The staff at the front desk were rude and then I asked an employee how to get to the second floor without going through a conference that was set up and I had two small children, and he said duh the elevator. Well, I was already frazzled and didn't see the button for the elevator because it was on the other side of the box in the lobby. He never once during our interaction changed his tone or acted like I wasn't an idiot which I am most certainly NOT!

-Location is close to all the museums, Old Town and so much more -Bed and pillows comfortable -Recent renovations that are beautiful while still incorporating the uniqueness of the buildings 100 plus years architecture -Breakfast and kickback are always a plus when traveling, would be nice if bacon would make it into the rotation in the am -Pool and the workout room were clean and spacious -Staff as always is friendly and hospitality to the stars and back -Views either side of the hotel offers a view of the city or river, and both are beautiful

-Parking is $12 dollars a day, which isn't bad as you can come and go all day long, just an extra that should be more highlighted when booking

I can always tell it is a great hotel when the airline pilots like to stay there, despite it being further from the airport than many other hotels in the area. The Drury is a beautiful historic hotel. The staff were fantastic! Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and was large and clean. The amenities were excellent. The mezzanine had a wonderful breakfast bar in the mornings and even quite an expansive evening hor d'oeuvres spread with a complimentary cocktail hour! The spa area was nice with a large swimming pool and two hottubs. One of which was outside on the terrace overlooking the Riverwalk! Great for relaxing and watching those Kansas sunsets. Access to the Riverwalk is seemless, and there is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. Walk across the bridge, and there is a lovely row of shopping dining and coffee shops. Overall, the Drury Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be staying there again!

It's a bit pricey, but there is value for the money. There was extensive remodeling going on while I was there, but I could tell the staff did what they could to mitigate the impact it had on guests. They made sure to place us on certain floors and managed the noise and clutter. There were limits to access that did make navigating the hotel a bit tricky, but this should only be temporary.

The Drury Plaza Hotel Broadway is a gem. It has that “grand” feeling when you walk in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a roadside room on the second floor and didn’t notice much noise. You can hear the church bells a few blocks away. We enjoyed the evening Kick Back buffet and found the food choices plentiful. Breakfast was included with our reservation and we thoroughly enjoyed waffles, pancakes, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt coffee and juice. All our interactions with staff were very pleasant. Access to rooms, elevators and parking garage require your key card so we felt safe. There are homeless people in the downtown area - just something to be aware of.
