The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel chain. Real egg pre made omelettes. Also hot ready to go oatmeal plus the usually waffle makers etc. the staff is very pleasant. The beds super comfortable

Our room did not have a fridge & I forgot to check that in my room amenities when booking. It didn’t look like the room was ever designed to accommodate a fridge. The public areas are tired looking. Carpet on stairwells worn & dirty. Elevator looks beat up inside. A few of the chairs in the dining area have stains. I was overcharged on my room but didn’t catch it right away other than a credit card notice that I have alerts set up for. They took care of the problem right away

So clean staff was supper nice the receptionist was amazing breakfast was very good location was great 😊

There was so much noise during the night the children from the room by wouldn’t stop screaming mom to. I left to my kids room and someone kept stomping on the ceiling so we hardly slept to much noise during the night.

Easy access close to stores, door, and highway. Rooms are very warm had to open the window. Need to have carpets in hallways stretched it can trip you up!

Front desk lady was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the best hotel breakfast I have had.

How cold the pool was and the hot tub being out of order.

It’s was a bit stuffy in the room, the temperature was set at 71 degrees and it could not be changed.

Getting to it from freeway can be confusing. No restaurants right in the area.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave since we stayed several nights.

It was a little short on food The staff said some food items had not arrived on time maybe do to recent Thanksgiving weekend. What they did have was good.

The building sat behind another building so was hard to see. No place to turn around if you missed it. I had to go on past the Highway over another highway to find a place to turn around and go back. Very inconvenient!!!
