Very clean facility, Super nice, accommodating staff, Location is convenient to dining and shopping.

As with ALL hotels, the door locks are incredibly noisy and it seems insane that there can't be some genius to invent a quiet close system so you aren't disturbed by guests going in and out at 1:00 in the morning, or the early birds getting up and leaving at 4:30 in the morning. It would also be a bonus to not be able to hear the guy in the next room every time he was peeing.

Location was convenient. Although it was very close to the airport we had no issues with sound. Our room was nice, and the bedding and towels smelled amazing. Breakfast options were good.

Smallest pool and hot tub I've seen at a hotel. We didn't end up using them though because my child was not feeling well.

My room was beautiful and contemporary. I had a king bed with a separate partitioned off area with a sectional couch and desk. It is off a major road and near a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was really good. I had eggs, sausage and oatmeal with toppings (craisins, chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, etc.). Loved the hot tub too!

Wish there was body lotion.

Clean, nicely decorated rooms. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. Great airconditiong. Great shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nicely appointed suite. Close to many restaurants.

Workout room and pool smaller than expected for the property. Strange noises at night. Sounded like dumpsters being emptied or someone rolling carts above us. Made our dog nervous. Went on for hours. Could have been from property behind us. Not sure.

The carpet needs a little deep scrub but other than that the room was really nice.. The policy needs to also state that it’s a 25.00 per night stay for pet fees! I was under the impression it’s a flat rate of 25.00. The ladies handled it and corrected it was a Minor fix overall I have no Complaints!

Roominess and Bed. Lighting was better than more hotels. A/C was really good.

Toilet too low to floor. Shower head was awful and water pressure poor. Refrigerator would not keep food cold and did not have a temperature setting knob. Breakfast was so so. There was no instructions for television channels and the front desk lady did not know if there was such a thing.

The property is very clean, the staff are friendly and professional. I was able to check in very fast and my family was happy with our room.

The property is as pretty close to the airport and our room has enough space for our family of 5.

We needed to go to the front desk yo getting bedding for the pullout bed. There also weren’t enough towels for everyone yo have their own.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The hot tub was not clean and had a very bad smell.

I really enjoyed how clean and beautiful the hotel was. The staff were so friendly.

Unfortunately I don’t have anything that I didn’t like. It was a great experience.
