The restaurant and bar were great. The wait staff were very attentive. The front desk attendant was amazing and so nice.

The bathroom could use some love. The shower dripped from a spot in the ceiling - the plaster was hanging down a little due to condensation. There were spots in the corners both in and outside the shower that needed cleaning. The breakfast was included in our rate but after we ate I was presented with a bill that we had to double check with the front desk about before we left - they were going to charge us the $110 for our family of 5 breakfast.

We needed a hotel next to the airport to regroup and repack after a long camping vacation. This location was perfect. The manager gave us a room close to the back door to move in all our bags (so we could re-pack for the morning flight). I was also able to return the rental car at night, and simply walk back to the hotel, and take the shuttle in the morning (at 3:30 AM). Everything was comfortable and convenient. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and large TV. This is the best rating I've given a hotel.

I received an excellent rate for the quality of room. It was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was great, the TV was very large, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only downsides were the hike to the elevator, a faint pulsing noise in the wall (must have been water pipe issues), and no breakfast provided. The breakfast issue must be because the property is huge, . Big shoutout to David and the courtesy car service!

The beds were so comfortable!! & what’s better it’s opposite the hotel being a 2 minute walk! You see it when coming out of Wichita airport, photos didn’t do it justice it was a beautiful hotel!

The staff wanted to charge us for breakfast even though it said included. We wasn’t put on the list but I was sure so I made this clear luckily then the bill was removed & sorted.

Location was great! right next to the airport Thats why we stayed when we first arrived and then again, the night before Flying Home. We Didn't have Breakfast...

The Pool was too cold, we thought once we started swimming, we would warm up. We didn't stay in long..., about 15 min My Niece got out before me, and she usually never wants to get out.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming! They did their best to assist me when I had questions. I also like that clean staff took good care my room cleanses and was friendly. The shuttle driver who me back to the airport around 4:00 ish am had excellent customer service and made the ride comfortable.

I wish the pool was open.

The front desk attendant, Gage, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He suggested the perfect room for us. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We never had to wait for the elevator. The room was pristine in its cleanliness.

The fragrance in the halls was a bit overbearing. If you're going to use a scent for the building's interior, choose one that is lighter and crisper. Perhaps something citrusy?

Almost all was a good experience. Restaurant food very good, overall I enjoyed the 3 days

What I didn't like, well who ever is reading this. Are you You young or old? The toilet is too low, the tissue is hard to reach, the TV control and what can be watched needs to be better, more choice. This is the 21 century. TV programs are not a money loosing inanity for the hotel industry.

Can't beat the location to the airport, the property was super clean, quiet and comfortable. The TVs were super nice and mots of streaming and live TV options

Nothing to complain about really, the pool looked inviting and the bar was enticing, but we were on a time crunch. I didnt use the digital check in, I prefer talking to a person.

The checkin and checkout people were both so friendly.

I didn't like breakfast actually. Plus despite telling the staff that my room rate included the meal, she still requested my credit card and claimed I wouldn't be charged. I was charged so I had to call a few days later when I discovered it, to get the money back. Also, the pickup I requested wasn't at the airport at the time I requested.
