Everything was exceptional, the staff was friendly, and helpful, and very courteous!

I cannot think of even one thing that I didn't like, except for the location, which wasn't bad, per se, but a better view would've been nice! But, overall my stay w/family, was excellent!! Would definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone who asks, where the nicest places to stay in Wichita would be, it would be the first in my mind to say! Thank you so much, to your staff, and company, for a memorable stay, and would definitely stay again!!

The staff were amazing! Even housekeeping. The morning I was to check out had to rush to the ER because of my daughter, who is also staying there but for an extended length of time until her apartment was ready. I spoke with the staff. They said I could do a late check out or stay longer. I was still at the hospital in the afternoon in the trauma unit. The housekeeping department called and asked if they wanted to come clean or wait. An hour later, I made it back and checked out. I spoke with another staff and she knew me by name and situation. Thats really great communication stills between shifts. That is very hard to find. They let me moved my belongings to my daughter's room, so I can go back to the hospital to be with my daughter. They are VERY kind and helpful during this situation, as we now are on day 2.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. There were dead bugs and dirt 1/2 swept up behind the door. Bathrooms should be clean very well and new sheets. Other stuff i can deal with. Good job with the clean sheets. Couldn't find trash can. Why in a hotel would you hide them under the sink?

1) Location: US-54, and Webb Rd, will get you anywhere or to anything Wichita has to offer. 2)Staff: All whom I came into contact with were nice, engaging, and knowledgeable. 3) Free: The laundry room has multiple Washers/Dryers, all free!

It’s an extended stay,.. It goes without saying, but, with consideration to the other ES’s I have stayed at in town; a few stains on some of the furniture.

The rooms should stay better on up keep. More than once a week.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was extremely nice and professional! We’re staying here when we come back to Wichita for sure!

Needs an ice machine

I clerk did not tell me about breakfast. I was shocked about the extra $200.00 (deposit) that could take 3 days to return.
