I only stayed for one night but the entire lobby area was amazing. The amenities located in the lobby would keep anyone happy while staying there. The complimentary breakfast in the morning offered many choices and it was pretty good too. I utilized the lobby to do some work on my laptop and the entire feel was like a very modern bookstore and it was really relaxing.

The beds need serious updating because it was like sleeping on a rock, and the pillows were basically like sleeping with no pillow at all. The overall room and bathroom were very clean and tidy though but the comfort of the room could needs attention. The shower was great but the water pressure was minimal at best. I felt like I needed to run around in circles to get clean.

Staff was amazing! The room was very cozy. It’s convenient - I was there to get a break and do some work in peace. It was the perfect place. With a very nice comfortable room and even activities and snacks downstairs if I needed to take a break.

There were a group of kids there and they were kind of loud in the halls but it wasn’t a huge deal. The staff and room were so great it made up for it.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping available to choose from over an extended period of time. There were food and drink options available to purchase and a microwave to heat up food in the lobby area.

Unfortunately, the pillows were flat, and I needed several just to make it how I wanted. I had some issues with the A/C the first time, which ended up giving me a bad night's sleep. The second night I was able to have a better night's sleep after learning how to fix the A/C to my liking.

the staff was extremely polite, happy, they actually spoke to us. they did not subscribe to the “be seen not heard” that seems to be the rule for a lot of hotels, and this much appreciated. the breakfast was exceptional they had a pancake oven that brought out the kid in husband. and oatmeal (except on Sunday) the lobby area was very nice and family friendly and they had these cubby like reading nooks. a small store like area for sodas and snacks that you could charge to the room if need be. the rooms were a bit small but very nice. very good water pressure which is a big thing for me and a reason I will not repeat a stay at hotel if they have poor water pressure in the shower. no carpeting they had the nice hard wood vinyl type floors that are more popular and the floor was clean, I’m barefoot as soon as I walk in the door and I did not have dirty feet from the floors (this has happened before at other hotels so I pay attention)

the rooms or at least the king bed room we had was what I’d call a live out of your suitcase type of room. No dressers and what was basically a metal pipe on the wall for hanging clothesI no closet. I’m a bit of a nester and will unpack if staying more then a night. also the room had no microwave and while it did have fridge it was mini fridge big enough only for sodas. Of course the room wasn’t big enough for either a microwave or a small fridge, it was very compact would be the best word to describe it. all that being said we weren’t unhappy with our stay the rooms were very clean and bright

The staff was wonderful, breakfast server, front desk, housekeeping all friendly. Good location for eats and activities.

The bed is hard! The price is higher than other chains in vicinity, because of that I wouldn't return, we were here as part of a wedding event.

The staff was friendly. The location, the bed was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was good.

The a/c was either too cold or made the room humid. Didn’t seem centralized throughout the room. No pool.

Clean room with good basic amenities.

Was not able to connect to from internet. Front desk was not able to help, said it was being fixed the next day.

It was very clean and I loved the games in the lobby

Not baby friendly. No amenities for small children. No booster seats or high chairs for breakfasts. My room did not have a bathtub. Only one cartoon channel

Loved the clean simplicity. Will prob look for Tru in the future. It was much nicer than the casino hotel we were at in KC the night before, for several hundred less.

Rooms were a little cramped, but great for a clean place to sleep with a shower.

Great location walking distance to many fun attractions

Gentleman at front desk ignored me while he talked to someone on the phone about a car loan. Coffee and Tea were empty in the lobby and there wasn’t a pot in our room
