The location is wonderful. They honored our request for a quiet corner on the 4th floor for our dog and we truly appreciated that.

We have stayed there several times over the years. This is the first time we had a room that had not been properly cleaned. My husband found a plastic fork on the floor, a dirty napkin on the chair, we cleaned the food out of the freezer, and fortunately he found the pill on the floor before our dog did. We didn’t complain or ask for a different room because of our dog. The room was by the back stairs and it was easy to get her out.

The continental breakfast was good. However, I'd like more fresh fruit options. I don't eat oranges and that's all there was. The location of the hotel was great! The room was very large & spacious! And there were 2 tv's in the room.

There were 3 staff at the front desk upon my arrival, however NONE of them greeted me. It took 5-6 minutes to even get helped/acknowledged. The room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. like I was told it would be. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my room and they suggested we 'sit in the lobby' to wait. Not happening with a 6 year old! So, I asked if we could go swimming in the pool, so they said we could and I had to ask if they'd hold our bags for us until the room was ready. They put us on the 2nd floor, closest to the elevator, terrible location! I let it be because I didn't want to have to wait another 45 minutes for a room. This isn't the first time with really bad customer service at this hotel, so I won't be returning for another stay. Learn how to be more customer friendly!

The location was in a quiet place, near lots of shopping buildings and lots of place to eat!! Breakfast was great, the beds were very comfortable!!

I was there studying for a national exam, the wifi was bad, I couldn't get into my program on the laptop, also I would have preferred not to be on the 2nd floor due to the noise.. from the bottom and top. I was also I was put next to the ice machine. So it was disturbing I thought if I put I was traveling for business it would have put me on the top floor.. maybe next time I will have to request it!!

Overall the place was clean. The beds were very comfortable and firm (kinda picky about beds).

A deeper inspection showed some issues. The desks and tables in the room were very dusty. Saw numerous incidents of small insects & spiders. The staff was accommodating and helpful but seemed very slow to react (may have been short staffed). Pool was ok, but the area could use some deep cleaning. Breakfast was ok, but everything seemed cold (in particular coffee). Again seemed to be a bit understaffed.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!! You can tell they take pride in everything about that hotel!! The location is absolutely amazing!! I love this place!! It is comfortable, the location makes you feel safe and for 3 women from a town of 1500 that’s great!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub!! It was clean and sparkly but oh my goodness was it slick!! It took me 20 minutes to be able to out with my sisters help after falling twice in the tub (no injuries)!! Then my mom wanted to take a bath but we knew how to get her out easier!! But still a great place to stay!!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The price was perfect. Everything was very clean in my room. The bed was okay (a bit firm), but it doesn’t even matter when you look at the property as a whole . For my purposes the property wasn’t as close to the church I was going to for a conference, but the location actually isn’t bad because you’re surrounded by food within walking distance if you wanted to go out to eat, and there are a lot of options. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Wyndham!

The room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good with numerous choices.

The Wi-Fi was not working. Having access to the internet allows me to access my business emails and respond in a timely manner. Not having Wi-Fi is a huge disadvantage for a traveler such as myself. One of the elevators was not working, & it caused a little congestion in the waiting area. The light on the outside of the building is only partially working. It seems a little below par not to have the name of the hotel fully operational on the building.

It was nice and quiet love the location the rooms and facility were clean good location for the price.

The fridge in my room didn't work and the pilliows have seen better days. They should have a class on customer service i stayed Friday through Sunday and never once does the front desk people greet anyone who came in the Doors they just stand there talking to each other or aren't at the desk at all other than that it was ok

Very clean hotel, very comfortable bed and clean and quiet room

The initial check in was concerning. The desk worker was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and gave us the impression we had annoyed her by ringing the desk bell for assistance. Either she was poorly trained or had a bad attitude. Interestingly, as we approached our third floor room, a young maid finishing work in a different room looked us in the eye, welcomed us with a smile and wished us a good stay. My wife and I immediately looked at each other and said, “She should be working the front desk!”

Staff were great, location was fantastic. There was so many good things about this place and the location and everything about it. I was suitably impressed with so much of it.

The breakfast was very poor. Each day was simply sausage patties and scrambled eggs. If you got to breakfast within the last 45 minutes, you more than likely were missing both of these options (they were poor quality anyway). A very very below average breakfast which is the only negative about this whole stay.
