We stay here the same weekend every year and it's location is great, staff is always friendly, and everything usually goes smoothly.

We noticed when we checked in that it just seemed dirty. The hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned, there was lint build up along the baseboards, our shower head had a leak that sprayed directly out of the shower, shower had 2 gross ceiling tiles that had been wet (not the same location as the leak) and our room door seemed like it didn't latch shut properly unless you tugged really hard on it. Just seemed a lot more run down than it was a year ago.

I loved the day shift and afternoon staff they were wonderful. My room was great the bed was so comphy and the pool was AMAZING....

The night shift staff didn't seem to care to do any clean up. They didn't clean up the pool area after it closed they had lots of friends in during the night. And I wasn't a fan of how hard my door was to open and close. Always felt like it was slamming but u still had to push or pull to get it to close properly

We stayed at 2 different comfort inn and suites on this trip and at both of them, their hot tubs were down. We were on vacation and that was one of the amenities we truly looked forward so was deeply disappointed. Stayed at one of these locations for a week and not one day did we even see someone attempting to fix it either .

The build your own omelet bar! Other breakfast items were your standard continental breakfast. The location to our event was right down the road. Close to shopping centers and the mall. Well lit parking lot.

The hot tub and pool are definitely smaller. You can comfortably fit maybe 4 in the hot tub. The eggs served by the waffle maker, do not recommend, something was off with the mix or the taste but they were awful. (Might be better when you go) But for our stay they didn't improve.

Rooms were very spacious. The whole place was well kept and clean. Big open lobby and breakfast area. Great breakfast 😋 made to order omelets, waffles, biscuits/gravy, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels, eggs, plenty of coffee. Staff was really on top of things to ensure nothing ran out. Lobby had lemon water always, great because it was hot outside! Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Carpet was soft. Very spacious rooms.

Friendly staff were very helpful.We decided to do a staycation..we loved the area.Not far from places to eat and shop.The room was clean the bed was nice and comfortable.Would definitely do another staycation here

The only problem I had was there weren't any batteries in the remote so I had to hear my lady nag all night

The pool are was nice; pool was indoor/outdoor and combined a good size. It was nice to find a hotel with a hottub. Location was nice, there were a few restaurants within walking distance and a lot within a few minutes drive.

Hotel could use some updating, but nothing that caused the stay to be affected.

Breakfast was very good.

I reserved a room with two beds. That room had a tv that was non functional. It had big black hole in middle of picture and couldn’t be seen. Moved us to room with one bed and pull out couch. While it was appreciated, it didn’t fulfill our wishes. No other options as it was the last room available.

Location near our son They found some lost items (medicine and diabetic monitor/tester) they saved for us to pick up.

They wouldn’t add the points to our account because we had already checked out and the reservation was under my name but account under my husband’s Steve…

First time staying here. The King room I had was roomy. The hot breakfast that was offered was excellent. I ate breakfast on Saturday and there was a cook making omelettes to order, along with the regular hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The hallway carpets on the floors were clean, but showed some spots and staining from use. My room was fine. But what really took the cleanliness score down, was that the wall mounted hand sanitizers were empty over the entire two nights I stayed. They were mounted in logical positions by the elevator doors, but were useless. At this time Covid cases were on the rise again across the state, and this slip-up took the score down.
