Location was great! My anxiety is always bad staying away from home with my kids and always read reviews from multiple sites for a location but I felt super safe. The parking was great and I love that they had food options close enough to walk.

The staff working the breakfast were extremely rude. One lady kept giving everyone dirty looks and mean remarks. She even parked her cart right in front of the drinks, leaving me and another guest to reach over the cart to grab our drinks, she grabbed the cart and said “could have said excuse me!” as she ran over the other guests foot and ran into me!

My family and I liked the continental breakfast. There were so many things to choose from. Things like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bagels, fresh fruit and more. Plus there was an excellent coffee area for adults.

The room felt very compact. We all felt very bunched up and almost on top of each other. The bed was about 2ft from the pull out couch and the only thing that semi separated the two areas was a small divider that didn't go more than a foot and a half from the wall.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood and pretty convenient for our family's activities. Breakfast was top-notch and the facility and room very clean. Staff was always busy keeping everything going smoothly.

The restaurants near the hotel were in walking distance and there was quite a variety. We also enjoyed the pool. There were no two queen bed rooms left for us, so we had to take a king and a sofa bed. I got the sofa bed and it was NOT that comfortable. I think that it is a little expensive to charge 190 a night for a room with only one king bed and a sofa bed. I guess I am just sore about getting the sofa bed. I worked hard all week moving and I got the bad bed. We had to reserve with your hotel because my sister and her family were staying there. It was nice to be in same hotel, but I didn't enjoy the sofa bed.

The design and architecture of the building itself is simple and elegant. We love the built-in cabinets and the sofa set. Also, the couch is comfortable. The place is quiet and the parking space is big.

The floor and the chairs were dirty, there were visible dark marks and stains. When it comes to the breakfast, they have good selection of food for the price. We like the oatmeal, bacon, and sausages. The coffee was rich in flavor but it’s not hot, and we wish there white bread is included in the pantry selection. The staff at the reception was not too assertive, she just asked for my credit card, didn’t say anything and didn’t give a brief summary of the charges. She should’ve done better.

The indoor pool was clean and great for the kids! The room was spacious and so clean! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, it was beyond “continental”. This was best hotel we stayed out while traveling from Texas to South Dakota and back! Definitely staying at Hyatts from now on when traveling to see family. Will book this hotel again next summer when we stay in Witchita. Staff was super kind too! Best stay!

The hotel is modern, new and super clean. Beds are comfortable and firm. Breakfast has more variety and is good. The ladies at the breakfast department are nice, we stayed there for a week and went to have breakfast late every day but she still welcomed us with a smile. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We so enjoyed our stay there, but the rooms could be more accommodating if they had additional space for storing clothes, especially if there are two people, Also, a shelf in the bath under the sink for towels plus more hooks for hanging robes etc.would have been nice. We needed more drawers for our clothes since we were there for 4 days.

Second time at this fantastic property. Favorite place to stay when in Wichita, highly recommend. lots of natural light, exceptionally clean, great linens, nice breakfast selection, quiet, safe, couldn’t ask for more.
