This is my third time to stay at your hotel and I still enjoy it greatly.

One thing that I noticed the state that I had not previously noticed was how you could see right out into the hallway even with my hotel door closed. Is there some type of lining that can be put on the doors of the hotel so that you are not able to see right out into the hallway through the crack in the doorframe and door? This did not make me feel very comfortable when walking from the bathroom to the bedroom area. I also noticed that the cover for the peep hole was bent and would not cover the hole in the door. I’m travel by myself and these are just some things that I notice more than most might.

Upon loading this morning to leave i had then lady working the counter follow me out of the hotel and say excuse me sir, sir are you supposed to be here? What is your room number? As I'm carrying bags out to my vehicle. This was my favorite hotel for when we raced in wichita 2 or 3 times a year but I will now be going back to a cheaper hotel, as I feel I was treated as I wasn't classy enough for your hotel.

Staff that we met was polite, friendly and genuinely happy to see us, which after the very long day I had had was very refreshing.

We like everything about your place except the sheets. They felt too starched, I prefer my sheets a little softer, but you can't please everyone and my opinion is just that, my opinion. I lived and if I needed a place to stay in that area, I will come back.

VERY clean! Lisa greeted us and was delightful! Great breakfast and big tv in the table area. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles biscuits and gravy plus beverages and other breads. Many fast food choices nearby and Applebees is a short walk if you want alcohol.

If pressed, I would say that if a big work out facility is important, you might like more machines, but they did have a nice treadmill, elliptical, and step in a clean room near bathrooms….which were also very clean.

We checked in in Christmas Day and the employee at the front desk was exceptional. For someone working on Christmas, he had a great attitude, answered all my questions and even suggested the pool, which my girls and I absolutely loved. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Christmas travel and this was by far the best. The room was great and we all enjoyed breakfast in the morning. I wish I remembered what the gentlemans name was that checked us in because he deserves recognition for being awesome.

From the minute I stepped in the hotel, Theresa at the front desk made the check-in easy since I arrived a day early. Then after a day being here and my car was hit/totaled, Lisa went above and beyond checking that I was okay and helping my son even get a friends’s car jumped. Being halfway across the country, this excellent staff made the week I stayed here so much better after the circumstances I had to deal with—they are an incredible staff, and I don’t know what I would have done to get through the week!! so if you need to feel safe and comfortable—this is a home away from home!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. We've stayed here several times for family events and it is always very pleasant.

My only minor complaint is that the breakfast area could be a little bit larger. At certain times there isn't anywhere to sit.

The bathroom was great. It had a nice, large shower, not the usual, inconvenient and slipery bath tubs. Modern and functional. Clean and convenient location. Very comfortable and quiet despite the proximity to the interstate. Hot breakfast was great, freshly prepared.

Clean fresh bed linens, breakfast, windows that open for fresh air, excellent friendly & helpful staff

the bathtub design seems flawed, the drain didn't work so no baths were possible. However, after giving up on the tub, I discovered the wonderful massage spray device in the shower and I was satisfied! There was outside noise in the night, loud trucks and things like that, unavoidable I'm afraid.

I felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One front desk staffer helped get my Choice awards straightened out. I used this property 4/2023 for my husband’s Memorial. My son and his family from Colorado and my sister’s from Illinois stayed at property and were pleased with stay.
