The absolute nicest and cleanest best western I’ve ever been in, nice new smart tv, everything in the room was clean, neat, and stocked, instead of those cheap little bottles of soap in the bathroom they had full sized bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. 10/10

We stayed comfortable and visit each other til we became tired and sleepy. Love it was near restaurants and other conveniences .
Did not like one of the entrance security door was broken.. There was no map or emergency exits on display. Ice machine was broken also.

Clean room the staff was friendly
I did not like the fact that there was no screen on the window as well the locks to the window did not work. For me that is a safety issue.

convenient location and near eating places.
there was no towels in the room and we found ants and reported to staff Was supposed to come spray but never did. Had to go ask for towels. we’re give 2 but no washcloths or hand towels. Back entrance was not secure. No hot water.

Front desk personnel was very friendly during check-in and check-out. The place was super clean, and the air conditioner was nice and cold. Bed felt firm but turned out to be very comfortable. Central to everything worth getting to in this town.
Every pillow was hard as a rock. Shower temperature never got past warm. "Breakfast" was a bad joke packed in a brown bag, somewhat justified by the low price of the room stay. Noisy refrigerator and air conditioner combination.
