We didn't do the breakfast.....far as the location as I was driving it felt like it was going to be in the middle of nowhere but when I got there it was nice before I turned on the road that the property was on it was nice that there was a gas station and two drive thru places

Check in being at 4 with me coming from another state i had to try and time it just right so that i would not be waiting on a room when i get there yes we can go into the pool but with kids I'd rather change in my room not a bathroom......and if I can still get in the pool for a few hours after Check out especially with me coming from another state I wish Check out was later than it is

Service on the front desk, i think she was new becouse she keep asking help from somebody else i want to stay another day, she dont know how to do it, you guys charge me for tonight and im at sc we didn’t stay becouse the want to charge extra money becouse Victoria didn’t do her job right, is crazy you guys charge me when im not there

Was a truly family oriented hotel with ease of access to most everything.

Having to use yelp.com to make reservations for dinner as opposed to just speaking with personnel at the Barnwood restaurant.

I loved it. I needed a break bc of long work hrs….well this place is amazing. The service is e exceptional and the staff is amazing. I will definitely go back. it’s a kids paradise ❤️❤️

Needs elevators on both end of the building. No offense but someone that has issues with walking extended ways, will find it difficult to stay in the rooms at the end by the stairs. Thank fully they moved me to a different room closer to the elevator.

There was only shirts that said greater lodge I wish there was more of a selection bc I had brought sweaters that were hot and it was hot in the facility and I didn’t have a tee to wear or buy

The outside pool was closed and something like that should've been a different price if we dint get to swing outside also I think that's why the inside was packed more .

I was most excited that my children was excited for the experience.

Having to pay for extra activities in the facility like rock climbing and the the expensive cost of the hotel stay and food.

Everything was awesome!!!!

The beds were a little uncomfortable but durable because it was worth it for my kids' happiness.

The entire facility was wonderful along with most staff! The kids never ran out of something to do.

We didn’t know you had to have reservations to eat in the restaurant, so we had to go off to find a full sit down dinner. Just maybe more information coming in about how things work.
