The location of the property was excellent. Having LaFayette Park right across the street was a great touch. I was amazed at the variety of great restaurants so close by (Country's BBQ, Trois Cantina, etc.) The property was clean and well-maintained and the room was in excellent condition upon my arrival. The room's desk was an appropriate size for working with a laptop and the chair was excellent.

The breakfast was a little lackluster. Posters around the property advertised a fuller breakfast than was provided. Eggs on toast, avocado, etc. but the hotel ended up offering banana loafs and bagels. There was nothing wrong with them, but it's not the impression that was offered. Front desk staff should make it clear when signing in what "breakfast" is. The location is also noisy (traffic) and I could overhear telephone conversations in the next room so the walls seem thinner than I've experienced in other hotels. The only other thing I found lacking was the beds. Maybe it was just the beds in my room, but they were WAY too soft.

Beautiful hotel. Cierra was great at front desk. Bar tender was great! There was an older lady at check out who had the personality of a stump. She wasn’t friendly at all but all other staff we met were Great! Large king room, beautiful bathroom/shower area

Was given bad info on discount for being relative of a college employee. I cities have saved quite a bit! Was given room on parking garage side so was very loud bumping all night of cars going in & out . Expensive to eat at the bar!

Great location!! Staff were very helpful. We enjoy staying in a location that provides access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance and this location fit the bill.

Location and facility.

Chef didn't show up for breakfast. According to staff, this is a recurring issue with this guy. When he did show up he appeared hungover. We ate somewhere else.

i only wish you can go into the facility through the parking garage.. i parked on the 3rd row and had to walk down to get into the facility
