The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Their willingness to assist guest with a smile! The location was great and peaceful. The grounds outside were manicured. The microwave and mini refrigerator were very clean and working. The mattress was comfortable. It was a clean bathroom. I did appreciate that the elevator and corridors were clean also.

This part of the survey isn't as bad as it may sound, it's just time for perhaps a 6 month deep cleaning before it gets out of hand. It's time for a deep carpet cleaning in guest rooms.The furniture (sofa & chairs)as well as drapery need deep cleaning. Not only does this help the aesthetics , but it will also contribute to an elevated guest experience ! The first thing I did notice was that all the mirrors were streaky from not using the right products to clean them ! And every guest room should smell fresh when they open the door! It did NOT have an odor... Room needs overhead light as you open the guest room door. These are just tips to ELEVATE a guest experience at your property!

Breakfast was plentiful with a good assortment of items. The room was clean and safe. There were 2chairs in the room so we were able to sit and read or watch TV. It was cold outside but the room was cozy.

The vent fan in the bathroom was noisy (but we were so glad there was one!). And the plumbing is rather noisy when others are showering.

Overall it was very comfortable and had a good night sleep.

Housekeeping opened the door without even knocking to ask if we needed service. Thank God we had have the door guard on, if not he would have hit me in the face since he opened the door with so much force and I was coming out of the bathroom. He even sounded very upset they we were still there. This happened right before 10 am, che out time was 11. The bathroom floor needed a little more cleaning. It was so sticky and there was a lot of hair.

The accessible room was very nice and spacious for our needs.

The mattress and pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. There was no way to close the curtains, therefore we had a bright light shining in our room all night, making sleeping difficult.

We didn't eat the breakfast because we didn't wake on a time neither day. I liked the cleanliness and location. Due to the location we weren't far from either attraction we traveled here for.

I didn't like the fact that the kids couldn't get in the pool on our first day but that out of the staff control due to pool being treated.

The representatives were all very respectful and pleasant to speak with. Stephen provided exceptional assistance because i was in route and about a hour and a half away but my girlfriend was there. He allowed me to pay for the room over the phone and allowed her to check-in which was awesome. I really appreciate him allowing her to check-in and remain safe until I arrived. The breakfast was extremely fresh and hot and the building was cleaned well throughout.

The staff was very attentive and kind. Our room was straightened and cleaned, with fresh towels and our bed was made every day. The room was spacious and everything was in good working order. The king bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows!

Though it was close to lots of eateries which was good, it was on a major highway and the traffic was sometimes quite loud.

Small hotel but served big hotel hot breakfast.

The interior of the hotel, fantastic. The outside entrances lacked any kind of appeal. Standing water, weeds, chipped paint.. Upon arrival we were hesitant about what we were gettting ourselves into.
