Hotel staff was very friendly. We needed an extra pillow and they were happy to provide. The breakfast is not 5 star but it is better than most hotel breakfasts. This hotel is VERY clean and spacious, and surprisingly, VERY quiet.

We always check our mattresses before getting into bed at a hotel, and the sheets, duvet, etc were all very clean, however there was a lot of hair/debris on the actual mattress itself. Not sure how often those are cleaned but otherwise clean mattress.

The staff was excellent. Due to a couple of technical difficulties that was out of their control, I had to interact with three different ladies that were working the front desk throughout my stay. All three of them were so kind and helpful. I have stayed at a lot of places over the years and I think these ladies were the nicest and most helpful front desk staff that I have ever encountered. Whoever is hiring their staff and doing training is doing an excellent job!

The staff from the front desk to the room attendants were all very friendly and warm. They were always asking if you needed anything or were you alright. The room was one of the best I have stayed in. It included a full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwave. It included a pull out sofa bed with the ottoman and a curtain to separate it.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was hardly anything freshly cooked, mostly packaged. The boiled eggs were cold, I would have liked to see some scrambled eggs, grits, bacon or sausage on a hot holding station along with the other items.I did appreciate the good coffee, hot biscuit, banana and yogurt.

I would give Home 2 Suites a million stars if that was possible. The place was immaculate. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. My wife left her work tablet in the room when we checked out yesterday and Valerie just called us and said they are mailing it to our home in north Georgia.. Who does that?? Obviously Hilton Home 2 Suits. Definitely recommend this hotel !

The only issues I had were that the carpet looked to have several stains on it and is outdated. Also, if anyone was cooking in their room on their floor or the one below, the smell seeped into my room. Other than that, it was good.

Breakfast was good and on time. Hotel and room were clean. The Staff was there whenever you needed them. They were all so very kind and helpful. We looked forward to seeing Gail and Jeff, it was a pleasure speaking to them in the morning during breakfast, very nice people.

The room was clean but I can tell they didn’t properly vacuum the room. I can tell what type of people stayed in the room before use because their hair was all over the floor

More breakfast selections would be great

The breakfast was very good and so convenient with omelets and waffles, sandwich biscuits . , juice and coffee

We liked everything , heating and air was only thing that was just a little tricky t o get a comfortable setting, was either too warm or a little too cool. But not something we couldn’t work around. The only reason I wouldn’t say a perfect 10. Our view was fabulous!

Guest services, housekeeping and kitchen staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was okay, but I would've liked fresh cooked eggs, ham or sausage.

Up to date and clean.

Heard a dog in another room barking at about 2:30AM
