I love that it was clean and close to the Great Wolf where my family was located. It was comfortable and either new or being taken care of. It didn't have the worn down look which was great.

I didn't like that the elevator wasn't working when we checked in and she didn't notify us until after asking what floor we would like 2nd or 3rd without informing that the elevator was out. Luckily I picked 2nd because I had an injured toe, it was a lot to walk up one flight with items, imagine if it would have been 3rd floor. Then after coming up and down the stairs a few times I had to see someone getting on the elevator to find out it was up and working, no notification sent out.

Breakfast was good. Two waffle makers and other hot and cold food options. Free chocolate chip cookies in the evening. :) Check in was easy and staff were very nice. The location is a little off the main road but still easily accessible. It's about a 20 minute easy drive to Callaway Gardens.

Our particular door to the room stuck some but other than that we were pleased with this hotel.

Great variety of breakfast items. Especially enjoyed the hot oatmeal.

The room was nice but the noises! The toilet was constantly coming on and refilling which caused a gurgling sound. The AC/heater worked well, but when it cut off while on auto, it squealed. Both noises made for a rather noisy night.

The first day breakfast was great and the lady was very nice and keeping it clean, the second day you had no meats and Western omelets so if you don't eat peppers and onions and most kids don't you had very little healthy choices.

The western omelet I am allergic to onions andtherewerenoplainones shouldhavechoice, and the lady left to go on a break at 8 and didn't come back until someone went to the desk to see if they could get some milk.

The hotel room was clean. Check in was clear as expected. Front desk nice folks.

The room was noisy due to gaps under door. No signs request.quiet in the halls. A lot of golks must stay there for work and as they got up early to leave they sounded like they were in my room! The breakfast was sparse and not good. Stick with the instant oatmeal or yogurt and avoid the "eggs" because I suspect they're part rubber.

There was a mixup with our reservation, but Victoria reinstated our reservation, and even gave us an upgrade, and a real good discount for our inconvenience. She was very respectful, helpful and kind with no attitude like you get at other places if we had more workers like her, everything would go more smoothly for everyone.

This location was clean and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was enjoyable. I would recommend this location to others.

Wish there was a vent in the bathroom that worked. Felt like you were in a sauna when you stepped out of the shower. Pp

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great!!! My uncle loved his bed!!! Our king size bed was amazing!!

One of the baggage carts was a little messed up, but it got the job done. My husband said it looked like it needed a new wheel.
