It was very maintained clean and the staff was very friendly. Was not much to not like for a change of hands in ownership. even though they were still working to update the property. they acted with professionalism and wholesomeness. if given the opportunity I would stay again.

Check in was super friendly and easy. Our room was spacious and decorated nicely. Plenty of towels. The heat worked quickly to warm the room up. Perfect location for Calloway and the trails at the state park. Within walking distance to 3 restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever back down.

The walls are thin! When the people next to us went in their room, we could hear them talking. I started to step in bed, and I could feel wet carpet. When I looked down, there was a straw still lying on the floor that they should have found when they were cleaning

I loved the updated room and facilities. The cleanliness was great. The staff were very helpful and personable. The room was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Some suggestions would be to paint the office driveway a different color than the front office sidewalk so the same color will not blend together and cause a fall. Also, it would be helpful to offer at least a small continental breakfast or take the breakfast amenity off the website list. Thank you!

Everything about this motel is excellent! I just spent 4 days there and there was no loud noises no children running up and down stairs and the atmosphere in the office was excellent. I would suggest this for anyone to stay.

The only downfall is there was no elevator I have a bad back but I was managing pretty good going up and down the steps since they're not very many of them. At the time of my check-in I needed a room with two full size beds in it and the only ones left was upstairs. They did offer to move me the next day when they had ground floor for the two beds but I told them not to worry about it we can manage what we have. Very nice well considered owners

Perfect distance from anything. Stores. Attractions.

They put the diagram to operate the shower in the nightstand. Couldn't take a shower the whole trip till the morning we were leaving and packing and found it. The trash was never taken. It was overflowing by day 1.

The location was perfect for visiting Callaway gardens...less than two miles away and was what we expected for a budget hotel. We were only staying there for sleep, shower, and go and have stayed there several times in the past three years. Lodging is very limited in Pine Mountain and this is the place to stay for simple lodging on a budget. The cost is 1/3 of spending a night in Callaway Gardens lodging.

The door we had a hard time getting it to stay closed so we could lock it. it you didn't slam it hard all you had to do was pull on it and it would pop open. Pool wasn't opened it was 98 degrees outside with over 100 heat index. it should have been opened. Or we should been informed.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly, which I love even though we were not traveling with our dogs this time. We were greeted in the lobby by a super friendly yellow lab. Location was in very close proximity to town, restaurants and Callaway Gardens. We loved our overnight stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay. The check in went smooth and personnel were friendly.

The employees, the cleanliness, location, beds okay but weird loud bases.

There was no breakfast. We would have appreciated breakfast as there was nothing else opening on Sunday morning around there. Also, no ice in the machine. should have 2 chairs in room.

All was good. No complaints. Glad to find a place 1/3 cheaper.than Callaway Gardens where my meeting was held.
