I love the new flooring updates since our last visit . The location is always perfect for getting to our friends and family . The back lot being cleared to allow walking with pets and outside space for families was an enjoyment.

I would love to see some breakfast options as the town is limited . Even just grab and go packaged things that would last the property stored . An expansion on the coffee selection would be nice ( different creamer alternatives and decaf options) Personally I would like to see bed bug zipper cases around the mattresses as someone who has worked in hotels a lot I just think they provide a lot better protection .

This is a lovely place -- more like a campus. AND they have a bar (with food) on the premises. I loved it! Very convenient to find and near the city center. All the staff were lovely.

The windows did not open in the room. That made it feel like an airplane. (This is, unfortunately, fairly standard nowadays.) One slight problem here was that the A/C unit (the only way to get any air in the room) was pointed right at the bed.

Room was very clean. Had a frig and small microwave which was great. The coffee maker sucked. It was small and didn’t do a good job. The bed are firm so if you like a firm bed you will like it. The only downside is side is the reservation was for three people and they only put two towels so we had to ask for more. Over all it was a nice place. Walking distance to town and restaurant.

It is in a centralized location to most of the places I visited. The only sad thing is that everything in town closes around 5-6pm. I did find a tasty restaurant about 3-4 miles from their location called the Butcher Block Cafe - GREAT catfish, so good I ate there twice!! As a single traveler I felt safe at the hotel - that is very important to me.

There was a Cub Scout event at FD Roosevelt State Park. It can get crowded, so we stayed off-site. The staff was very nice. 100% met expectations, if not exceeded. FYI, in a small town, so don't think 5 Star Resort. So very nice property for the location.

It was perfect in every way. The manager who checked me in was so nice and helpful. He even kindly upgraded my room!! The room was renovated very nicely. The bed was super comfortable. The location was excellent. I will absolutely look forward to returning to this lovely hotel in charming Warm Springs.

Location - For the purpose - No noise ( distant train coming through ) Great small old fashion feel. No bugs or dirty/stained/cut sheets. Pillows were plenty and soft. Bed was comfortable

Place perfect for what needed - Better than what I expected

All the staff was very accommodating, from the owners, desk clerk, housekeeping. The motel is older, but clean and cared for. The parking lot lighting was awesome. We felt totally safe the entire trip. The location was great.

Very clean and the Owners are very nice. For a short stay this was a great place and great value for the money. All shops and restaurants were in walking distance. Fantasy of Lights was a very short drive. Warm Springs Winery was Awesome!

Very nice, clean, and the staff was very exceptional.

The area for me was within a small quaint town and I’m used to city life so to go anywhere even resembling that meant a minimum of a 30-40 minute or so drive. However, if you like a quiet time with many antique stores and small town living this is your place.
