Cool mountain air and the serenity and tranquility afforded by the community and surrounding landscape. Close central proximity to local historical attractions and dining facilities. The service provided by Michael who went out of his way to ensure our stay was completely satisfactory given some rather unusual conditions and problems that came up. He worked tirelessly and rather sacrificially to make sure we were satisfied and our needs were met.

Some cleaning staff were somewhat indifferent to the guests needs and a deep cleaning should be performed to ensure complete satisfaction of guests who are out of their element. An awareness and realization needs to be made that guests can potentially be very discerning regarding facilities cleanliness.

Everything was amazing from the minute we arrived, after 6 online check in was super easy!! We visited area for Calloway Gardens Pumpkin Festival and were less than 10 minutes away. We took a walk around the property on arrival & watched an amazing sunset from the deck behind office, pool was closed but it was September 27th do not mad. Had a 2Q room at the Inn, super cute rustic but modern with fridge & microwave. Clean, plenty of towels for 4 people. Quiet, comfortable & tucked away from traffic. We enjoyed Calloway by day & night, FDR state park, and Pine Mt animal safari. Would definitely stay again.

Parking could be improved for Inn, there’s plenty of paved parking but must use stairs to get to room from there. We used gravel side parking lot as instructed, but definitely not enough room for 4 cars which it was intended for, still not a problem at any time for us. Only 1 other car was parked there!

We stayed in a King Lodge room and found it to be extemely comfortable and cozy. There was a beautiful view from the deck of the lodge with a seating area/fire pit below. The property was well maintained and housekeeping was accomodating when we asked for extra towels. There was also ice available for our cooler which we really appreciated. On-line check in was so convenient and we also like the list of restuarant/activities nearby that was emailed to us in advance. First time we encountered this and thought it was genius to have all the pertinent information on our phone.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful location. Lindy is the sweetest, kindest person, perfect for her front desk job. Very helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator and microwave worked well. Heat was excellent.

The shower could use some upgrades. The bathroom is tiny with no space to put your belongings out. And no closet at all in the room, a few hanging hooks and a shelf. Also, I don't know what it is, but all hotels and airbnbs and vrbos seem to have this app tv only. I can't work them, and I hate not having reliable TV.

The view from the Lodge was excellent. He room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was the perfect facility for a family reunion or a function.

The refrigerator did not work, but management was willing to swap it out. The pool was at the other property which was a mile away, and it closed at 6pm during the week. Our room was at the Lodge. I would have booked a room at the main hotel had I known about the pool's location.

The property is close to callaway gardens and the FDR park. Extremely clean and safe. Staff is excellent—very accommodating. Cost was ideal. I would definitely stay again!

My only complaint is that the walls and floors are thin so you can hear loud conversations and every footstep above your head sounds like cattle stomping. I would definitely recommend staying on the top floor.

Our room was bigger than expected, beds were very comfortable. Pool was awesome, and most of the grounds were nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The proximity to Callaway, Warm Springs and Pine Mountain was great. Loved the privacy 😁

Our air could have worked a little better, but not bad enough to complain, ( it was very hot outside) I don't love the barn door for the bathroom( although I understand it's a space saver, there is just not much privacy) there is no shelf or anywhere to store clean towels in the bathroom or anywhere to set anything in there. Some of the grounds needed a little attention, like mowing or weedeating.

Room was awesome. It was clean, updated and had that cabin feeling with it's log headboard. Bed was extremely comfortable. From my room, I didn't have any view, but I could walk 75 yards and had beautiful view of the mountains.

The wifi was horrible. I was planning on doing some work on the computer, but that was impossible because the wifi connection was so weak, it would either freeze up or kick me out.

The Inn room was air conditioned and the interior was wood like my mom and dad’s log home. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. The beds were soooo comfortable to sleep on. The location was perfect to visit Warm Springs GA and Pine Mountain GA. We were able to hike into The Cascade Falls. It was a 4.7 more than moderate hike in and out. We enjoyed 3 other falls while on the hike. Cascade falls was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back for another weekend visit when we are ready to tackle another hiking adventure.

An added ceiling fan in the room would be a good addition.

It was so peaceful there. Loved the atmosphere.

The swimming pool was dirty had bugs in. It was nothing like the picture. The drain wasn't on to filter the water. The pool was locked during the hours it was supposed to be open. They unlocked it for us though.ll
