Beds were very comfortable,and clean quality fixtures such as the bathroom faucet.. The green tree shampoo , conditioner and body soap. Very little sound from hallway or adjoining rooms Staff was excellent and very professional

Reservation wasn't in hotel system even though I booked online two hours ahead. Waited about 30 minutes to resolve. Not staffs fault and things happen sometimes. Could not adjust A/C, you could use control panel however it did not change the settings for temperature and fan speed. Room was a little too warm. Not sure if this is on purpose to save money or just a fault with A/C.

We like our stay here more than what we initially expected. The staff were very friendly at all times and our room was taken care of by the evening as we came back from our busy day. It was close to Fort Moore, the reason why we went to Columbus area.

Not that I didn’t like it, more like I was expecting it to be a bit different, it was breakfast. You will make your own breakfast and they didn’t have eggs (because of my dietary restrictions, I need to have eggs in the morning). Other than that, options for breakfast were great.

The room was comfortable and very clean. We were here for 2 days and it was an enjoyable stay. The real star of this place is Crystal. She worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. We really admired all of the work we saw her engaged in. She seemed to be everywhere, doing everything. I really hope her employer appreciates the amazing job she does. I would loved to have had an employee like her when I was in business. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had plenty of options. Fruit, juice, coffee, etc. There were also a variety of breakfast sandwiches and a pancake machine as well as yogurt and bagels and muffins.

It's a bit of a drive to a restaurant but a new one just opened up across the intersection (Tipsy Bar and Grill). We wanted something a little heartier so we drove to B Merrel's which was great!

For a budget hotel, this was great. Fresh sheets, good bed, clean, good bathroom and shower, hot shower with good water pressure, efficient staff. Given they don't cook any breakfast items on site, the microwave-ready items in the fridge were very satisfying, as was the coffee and juices.

Can't think of anything. This isn't a luxury hotel by any means, but a well-designed and executed budget hotel experience.

Lisa, at the front desk, was the most impressive aspect of our stay. She made us feel welcome, patiently attended to us and two other parties without a single sign of frustration, was extremely professional, helpful and thorough. Lisa is a great asset and a perfect choice as the face and representative of this property. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond as well Lisa called me the next day (hours after we had left the property) to inform me that we had left my husband’s pillow in the room. She assured me that we could pick it up on our way back home on Friday. This was exceptional to us as my husband and I both thought it would have been just thrown out.

The filters of the bathroom sink fell out when I turned it on. I did not want it repaired then or be moved to another room because it wasn’t a big issue.

I liked the included off street parking. There was also a small greenspace with a gazebo on the property. The available breakfast items were sufficient to start your day. Beds were comfy and water pressure perfect. Front desk staff Laquisha AWESOME!

Room had a bad odor I don’t know if was mold, dirty carpets or the filter in the air conditioner needing replacing. Just an overall dampness.

The staff were very nice. The rooms are clean. And the breakfast was pretty good. The early check-in made arrival very smooth. I just gave them my ID and they gave me my room key.

Overall the rooms and bathrooms are small. I had to sleep with earplugs because the TV in the next room was so loud. And the elevator was broken the day we checked out so we had to carry our luggage down the stairs in multiple trips.

It was in a very quiet area in Columbus, GA. The hotel was smaller but perfect for me and what I needed. The staff personnel were very attentive and professional. They questions I asked. They provided a great answer. The room was just the correct size for me. Housekeeping kept the room in great condition. I didn't worry about anything! They took care of the room, and they were pleasant to me!

I loved every single thing about this location, down to the sweet red 🍎 I ate for breakfast. It was a wonderful, enjoyable experience, and I'll be going back.

The air in my room wasn't working. It was on 60, but the room felt like it was 70 degrees plus. It was so humid. But the next morning, I was transferred to another room. Also, I was expecting a vending machine that accepted debit or credit card, but it only accepted cash. For a person that never carry cash, I was a little disappointed, but hopefully thats something they will invest in, the future.

Everywhere you look, it’s spotless. Room smelled fresh, not covered in fake scent. Bed felt like a featherbed. Herman and Lisa were both charming and helpful. Very professional. Our little doggo was happy there were so many grassy areas to explore. The continental breakfast was perfect. Fresh bagels, pancakes, cereals, lots of fresh fruit and the coffee beat out any chain coffee shop around. Kudos to the staff for the outstanding service. My new fave!
