Location. Dark room for sleeping (once we figured out how to shut off the TV sleep mode). Cornea the evening professional. Ease of entering and exiting the room. Smell of the indoor heated pool.

There can always be room for improvement on the room price. The bathroom has rust and significant amount of caulk so needing some updating. More insulation between floors as the noises above you are quite noticeable/experienced. But overall insignificant since you can drown out most with a noisemaker. Who cares about caulking when you’re there for a few days. But you asked about how to improve

Our trip to Columbus Ga. was to see our grandson's turning green at Fort Benning. Drove from Morganton NC was suppost to been fiven half hours. It took us 12 n half hours. So we took the quickest room available which was a few miles away. We stayed two nights then found the Clairion Pointe which was on Rollins rd and close by everything we needed. Rooms were so welcoming and Clean. Indoor pool area was sweet. We enjoyed the test of our visit in a good area.

Not much not to like. Would have been nice to have a small balcony. The price was only 25 dollars more than the other place. And so much worth it.

First, Gary the Manager was most impressive in the execution of his duties which I observed were many throughout the day. He was knowledgeable, hospitable and certainly accommodating. The property was clean, with splendid controlled maintenance and the location was beneficial. You can rate a Manager by many ways and one of them is how his staff performs. His staff deserves a high rating for the performance of their duties.

Signing upon arrival is weak. Very hard to locate the entrance.

The location was amazing, a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. The breakfast was good

Everything was great except of the sink was dirty and also the shower water was cold after two minutes. When I checked in I ask the front desk clerk about the water temperature because I've seen other reviews with this same issue. She assured me that the water temperature was fine and shes never heard of the issue and have been working there for sometime. The reviews were correct and I don't understand why she didn't know. If they fixed that my experience would've been perfect! I hate cold showers

I went with my family for our son's turning blue ceremony/graduation the only thing I would say they need to do is clean the rooms a little better and bathroom as well and freshen the room to smell clean. The bathroom needs more hooks and racks for towels and any other belongings but overall had a great stay.

There was no place to hang your towels and the rooms could if been cleaned a lot better and dusting every nook and cranky.

Clarita, the concierge, was absolutely wonderful. She was a great source of information about local events and restaurants. Her directions to local attractions were invaluable. Clarita was very professional, friendly and caring. My 8-yr.-old grandson loved her and always looked forward to interacting with her.

I was extremely disappointed because the pool was closed for maintenance all Saturday through my checkout on Sunday. The main reason I had chosen Clarion Pointe was its indoor pool. I had been planning to spend time in the pool with my grandson who had recently moved to Georgia from Chicago.

Location of property!

We did not request maid services at first and then changed our minds and requested the maid! When she came she only brought us tows and wash rags and left not other services offered like making a bed! etc! A room should have another light on the other side of the bed for reading purposes in my view! Also no shower liquid soaps were available,except for small bars of soap! Breakfast was adequate at best, however the same for both days scheduled scrambled eggs and a sausage, cereals etc and the coffee was good!

Dre and Teresa were great to communicate with about my reservation updates and booking in and out. I needed to end my stay a day earlier and the process was smooth & efficient. We truly enjoyed our time there. Breakfast time was enjoyable with hot & cold options. There is an small store tucked off to the side in the lobby that has food, snacks, and other items to purchase, too. Our room was cooled via a wall mount thermostat! A novel amenity to have in a hotel room; very modernized. My daughter and son raved about their onsite gym. Quality customer service, we felt safe & welcomed, and the hotel itself looked appealing inside and outside. Thanks to everyone on staff for working together as a team to ensure great experiences for my family!

We loved everything!

Everything was clean and nice! Front desk was nice and welcoming!

The pools needs updating it was dingy and out of date. Also families with young kids should be placed on the 1st floor! We was on the 2nd and got woken up at 1:30 in the morning due to a child running around and stomping in the room above us. That lasted till about 4am.

I loved our room. The space was cozy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Probably the best comfort in a hotel bed I have ever had. The front staff was warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was just ok. There was no milk available for either coffee or cereal for breakfast and there was nobody to ask about it. Breakfast seemed to be an after thought. There were eggs and sausage but no biscuit to put the pre formed egg patty on. My husband ended up putting it between 2 sausage patties to eat it. My sister and daughter had no milk for cereal. The waffle was good. There were only a couple of yogurts in the fridge. Just lacked after an otherwise great stay.
