The staff was friendly and professional. We were initially given a room on the first floor near the kitchen and we were able to change rooms and we were given a room on the fourth floor. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The conditioning was great especiallly considering how hot it was in the city.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't alot of parking on the upper level parking pad and the lower level parking was easily accessible from the street by foot traffic.

The room was a good size, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom had bright lighting and the shower was large with a high water pressure shower head. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and stay their again, but ask for a room away from the roadside.

We were on the 4th floor on the street side and we were awaken around 12:30pm, by extremely load music coming from a car sitting outside by the hotel for 15 minutes. That was terrible, as we had somewhere to be early in the morning and had trouble getting back to sleep.

Every thing was first class. We were warmly greeted. Offered cookies and drinks. I was walked to the parking area. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Room was a little larger than expected. Bathroom was well laid out.shower was hot and wonderful. Breakfast was good. Hat hot and cold items. Indoor pool was exceptionally clean. Hotel was very secure.

Very small trash cans in room. If trash and room service is only every other day, there needs to be more trash cans and larger trash cans.

Newly refurbished, very clean. Spacious. Lovely gym, nice pool. Good choice of breakfast. Best thing is the staff - friendly and helpful at all times. Great location, especially for what we needed it for, ie access to the river below the Powerhouse for the freestyle kayaking World Championships. Also very close to all the bars, restaurants, etc. We were there for two weeks, and were completely happy with everything.

I guess it’s not a “luxury” hotel - if you’re from the UK, it’s on a par with a slightly upmarket Premier Inn - but the pricing would lead you to expect a higher standard offer. However, location and availability were important, so we went with this hotel, and didn’t regret it at all.

Loved location. We were in town for play at Springer opera house and were able to walk to theater from hotel easily. Close to a lot of great restaurants too. Wellton at desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel offered cookies and hot chocalate. Only complaint is street noise was loud in the night but I think further room off broadway would have been better. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Columbus though.

Noisy road

Located downtown near all the restaurants with convenient parking. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was nice. What made the stay truly exceptional was the staff. A front desk person saw me on a security camera struggling with my luggage in the parking deck and came out to help. Much appreciated! Then my daughter left her blanket in our room, and housekeeping/front desk went out of their way to search for it and then send it to me. Just exceptional service.

The room and hotel facilities were spotless. Even though the hotel was almost completely booked, the pool was not crowded, and the breakfast room was well-stocked and also not crowded. The coffee was the best "hotel coffee" I've had during this five-day road trip from the West Coast to Columbus! The front desk accommodated us when we asked to add a few more nights to our trip!

The location was excellent. It was close to various restaurants outside of downtown. I really like having coffee available 24 hrs and in the evening there were cookies. Jane was excellent. She was personable and helpful checking us in/out. All the staff was nice and greeted you. The room was very clean. My stay here was great, and I would reserve another time

The tv did not work properly for the duration of our stay. It should be hard wired and not WiFi enabled. While we attempted to watch the Eagles game (we’re die hard fans from Philly) the feed kept cutting out. It was very annoying.

Yes, the breakfast good.

No way to enter the hotel from the lower parking deck. Need to add a keyed entry capability to the door. You can go down to the parking area from the hotel but cannot reenter the hotel. You have to walk outside on the sidewalk.
