If you need somewhere to stay for an extended amount of time at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend checking out the Efficiency Lodge. They do offer weekly and monthly rates. This is our second time staying here. The staff is very friendly. If there is a problem, it is taken care of promptly. Our key cards didn't work on a Sunday, when the main office was closed, but we called Cheryl, the property manager, and she came and opened our door. The room is a nice size with a Queen size bed, refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stovetop with 2 burners. We requested a 1st floor room, due to both of us being disabled, and we were given a room with a bathroom with safety bars. They also have a laundry room for guest to use.

The only problem that we had was when we did laundry. They have 3 regular washers, 2 large washers, but only 2 dryers. When my laundry was done in the washer, both dryers were being used. There was about 30 minutes left, so I waited to go back to put my wash in the dryer, but when I did, the clothes where still in the dryer. I waited about 2 hours before I was able to use one. This was not because of the staff, but due to another guest not taking their clothes out of the dryer in a timely manner.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and it was quiet at night making it easier to get a good night's rest. The staff was very kind. I would definitely go back.

The only complaint I have is that there was only one towel in the room, one roll of toilet paper, and one trash bag and I stayed 19 nights. When I asked for extra toilet paper and towels, I was denied.

The rooms are efficient and updated. Perfect if you're on a budget or just want to save money on lodging. The location is awesome and the woman who works there is very friendly and impressively does most of the jobs herself.

The rooms are a little small so be careful not to have excess baggage or clutter.

The room was neku renovated and clean for the most part.

The hotel itself looks like it is a Crack house. The siding is gaming off the hotel, the landscape sucks, the staff was rude with other customers in front of others, the smell of pot wafted everywhere, people were hanging outside of my room late, sketchy overall.

The management is absolutely thr best. Nicest people I have met in a while. They work with you and speak nicely no matter what. The young black lady calls me lovely and is so well mannered. The blond chick is pretty stinking awesome too.

I liked the cleanliness! How quiet it is around the entire hotel! We got excellent sleep every night! Also the hotel is close to a variety of stores and restaurants! Also very reasonable weekly prices!

Had cut my trip short because they don’t have a check outs on Sunday because their office is closed. This is apparently an oversight on Bookings behalf. Still made the most of my time.

Cleanliness of my room and my check-in was easy. They closed at 4pm but waited for me to arrive.

Near wooded areas but still conveniently located next to everything.
