The hotel was nice for the hours of stay we had. My problem was a $60.00 deposit in which I was told would get it back on leaving. I paid the full price with the understanding that my $60.00 would be refunded. 2 days went by and I called the hotel to be told on there end it showed that my money was put back on my card. I check my bank acct several more days and what I saw was the full price of the room but my $60. 00 were never put back. Called several more times to all be told the same thing “ on there end it shows the money place back on my card, which never happened. Very disappointing

I didn't get any breakfast from the hotel and had to go out and buy some. I love the location; it just took me a minute to find it because the sign is hidden behind some tree limb. I asked for a room without smoking but had to get one anyway because I guess there wasn't more left I think that you should always check your booking beforehand because I don't like the smell of smoke that is why I asked for a downstairs and nonsmoking and I will pay more for the room to get what I want, There are board walks you can go too from the hotel and shopping that is also close to the hotel so it is in a good location for whatever you want to do.

The room could have some brighter light inside the room and at least one chair for someone to sit in, and there needs to be a sign-up to let the customers know where the Ice machine is.

I like the area of hotel, it was clean, good location, and just minutes from everything! The breakfast selections could be better, however hotel is just minutes from different restaurants. The air conditioning could be updated, it took a few tries to get the temp. Just right. It's nothing fancy, but great option. I would actually come again!

I expected a clean, budget hotel with a few amenities and free parking and that is what I got. I wanted a clean, comfortable room and a clean bathroom and I was not disappointed. I would certainly stay there again.

The only negatives I found was the lack of coffee creamer with the continental breakfast and an easily accessible plug-in at the desk. The only plug I found at the desk was under the desk at floor level. Neither item would keep me from staying there again.

Friendly staff, comfortable, small fridge, coin operated washer and dryer. That parking is inside where you can see your vehicle. Just having the basics to get a good night sleep before traveling. Family dollar and gas station with Subway nearby. We were given a room in the back hallway but felt better with security camera on the corner.

Every single thing!! Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable and pillows. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Owner operated and just the nicest people who take great pride to ensure you enjoy your stay. That’s not a common thing anymore.

Nothing it was EXCELLENT

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was minimal, but plenty of it and good. Staff/Owner was delightful when checking in and gave me a great recommendation for a place to have lunch.

I wish there was a complimentary water in the rooms. They did sell them in the lobby, but the lobby was a separate building than the rooms.

It was convenient to the civic center the guy that checked me in was very nice we only stayed one night but the room was clean bed was comfortable

The door had to be forced closed and the air conditioner didn’t stay on continuously

Traveled for a visit to Fort Moore to see my son for Airborne jump week. 11 minutes from the main gate at Fort Moore. Very polite staff. Very clean. Quiet and safe.

The heat was either really hot or not at all. The WiFi was spotty.

The staff was incredibly kind the entire time made us feel like we were royalty at the hotel!

There really isn’t much we could complain about at all for here. We really loved it and it was a super great deal!
