Breakfast was delicious.

The staff was not very helpful. I had emailed a few weeks before arrival that we needed to check in early and checkout late. Upon arrival, we were told those requests were only granted to "members". The response to my email was we have to see what's going on when you arrive. I've NEVER had an issue with either of those requests at any other hotel. We were coming to Columbus for the State Republican Convention and I as a delegate, had to be at the Convention Center at a certain time on the arrival date and could not leave the convention on our departure date until late afternoon. My husband was not a delegate so he had to find something else to do to cater to my schedule. This was very disruptive and aggravating to both of us.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms at Booking.com for 2 rooms. I provided my confirmation number but when I arrived, I was told my rooms were cancelled due to wrong card information. I had a fraudulent charge on my card 3 days after booking this and had to receive a new debit card which I was providing to hotel upon arrival AS PER DIRECTIONS SAY CAN PAY AT SITE. I never cancelled and was told they tried to reach me, and I was coming from Florida after work. I work in a jail as a nurse and are not allowed to even have our phones in the jail during work time. I did not have an email or a VM stating it was cancelled either. I went for my grandmother’s funeral 4 1/2 hours away with 6 adults and was to only pay 368.00 for 2 rooms and was then charged 500.00 instead because of this mistake. I have used Booking.com for years and never had a problem til now. I am very upset. I am out more money on top of paying for a funeral as well and wasn’t like I wasn’t going too pay and even said our arrival time would likely be between 1-2 a.m so why am I getting charged sooner when payment is to upon arrival. Someone needs to fix this because this not right at all. Other than that, the place was great to stay at.

The staff was top notch! Very friendly and accommodating.

They are in the process of remodeling. The room was overall ok but did need some replacement of items. It was a bit loud at times working on rooms around us.

It was comfortable and close to the job I was doing.

Not enough cameras. My tools was stolen out of my truck. $3,000 worth and camera was not even showing my truck. Will not stay there again because of this. Needs lots of cameras considering the slums around it.

The Customer Service from Vanessa. I really appreciate her for accommodating us in every way. She was absolutely amazing.

Booking.com forces you to reserve through them which is a third party and a no no.

Easy access location. Very nice rooms. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly, especially Vanessa.

The sink clogged when running water. Didn’t drain well. I am a short person. The beds are too high up. (But they were very comfortable. )

The cleanliness of the room the AC worked great and the breakfast was good

maybe putting a vending machine that sells candies and chips in the lobby

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was clean plus the breakfast was pretty good

One thing that I didn’t like was that the week I visited the pool was closed I feel like the guest should have been informed other than that it was good

The people in the room above us moved furniture or something just about all night.

This property was very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very pleasant, even the ones who weren’t assisting you.

It’s in EST, and I was so excited for the extra hour of sleep that did not happen. It’s not the hotels fault, but apparently the city runs on eastern time, which is odd.
