Your breakfast server was the daily highlight of our stay. Miss JJ has quite the responsibility of overseeing the guests, have the food they need, and ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area. We appreciated the hard work and pride she took. It surely is a difficult task to watch over mishandling and portion controls of many uncontrolled guests. GOOD JOB Miss JJ. Beds were very confortable. The price was decent for the 6 day stay.

Miss represented for kitchen amenities. Room for 4 guests included 1 coffee cup, 1 bowl, 5 plates, 2 knives,1 tablespoon, 2 large cooking spoons. When we requested more, we were told that's all we have because they are always stolen. Had to buy what we needed elsewhere for a 6 day stay. Pictures showed much larger room with a sofa bed, which there wasnt even a sofa in our room. 1 working washer, dryers out of order. The front desk said they didn't know where any laundromats were in the area.

The location to Fort Moore was excellant and the bed and linens were comfortable.. The breakfast was good and the lady preparing and servicing was very pleasant!

The room was very humid making the floor feel damp. The sink and bathtub drains were very slow to drain. Also the only ice machine was out of service. The vinyl floor was loose and coming up in a few places. The microwave was not clean. I was going to heat up a cup of tea, but decided not to. The bathtub and toilet were both dusty and had to wipe down before use.

Front desk staff were fantastic! Great customer service.

The hotel states breakfast is included in the price. They had two kiddie cereals, yogurt, and waffles. That is not a good selection. Not to mention, there were very small quantities of what was put out. It looked barren. Many hotel guests went to the dining area for Breakfast and were complaining. The last time we stayed here in August they had eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins....a great variety. It's a shame because most of the guests were Army soldiers and their families.

I had been out to Georgia earlier and stayed in a different hotel which was very shady smelled heavily of smoke and had definitely seen better days. I don’t want to rip it apart but my window which didn’t lock properly was backed up to a very dark “forest” and I swore that Jason or someone was going to come end me any night so I obviously choose a different hotel for this stay MainStay Suites was a breath of fresh air. Very clean, bright and airy with newer amenities. Front lobby was welcoming and roomy with plenty of seating to enjoy breakfast or sit and talk with friends. My son just graduated Army basic training and AIT and hotel was super close to base - very proud mama ❤️😊. Front desk people were all very friendly - room was very clean. Like so many other travelers mentioned I appreciate the hard wood flooring in the rooms. Nothing more gross than disgusting carpeting in a hotel room that has seen all kinds of stuff. My room had a refrigerator, two electric stove tops burners to cook food if you chose, small microwave, fry pan, pot, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and a K-cup coffee maker. All on the newer side. Bathroom was bright and clean as well. The lady that made the complimentary breakfasts was so dang nice with her southern accent and hospitality and showed this Califprnia girl the proper way to enjoy grits. They were so delicious that I made sure to get up bright and early just to have a bowel every morning! Breakfast was very nice with homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, all kinds of juices, bagels pastries and toast and of course the world famous grits mentioned earlier 😊

The ONLY thing which I can possibly point out as a negative is that the pool was closed due to the time of year which I completely understand! Again being from California we have basically one season with is getting slightly cooler during certain times of the year. It was getting on the cooler side when I was there and didn’t have any intention of swimming so …. My room had a lovely view of the pool and scenery which I’m sure would be a blast in the summer months!

On the website it says pool open on april 27 and pool didn't open til friday may 2nd. We were bummed cuz it was hot and not familiar with the area so no other swimming area. They didnt do room service daily. Had to keep requesting towels washcloths.

Location was perfect for where we were going to, lots of places close by. The staff were all very Friendly, especially the lady that checked us in. She was very friendly, greeted us right away, let us know that they were busy and apologized for the check in wait.

Don't have any complaints. The room we stayed in had the strip really loose on door, so we had to keep pushing that in for our door to close. Other than that everything was good.

The room had a small kitchen in it. So next time I stay in one of your hotels. I know it'll bring something to cook with..

Due to some unfortunate drama from the Freands we were visiting. We did not stay as long as we liked. We left the day early. Because the manager was not in. Do not know if i'm able to get a refund for that date.

Location was great, staff was friendly, facilities were cleana and inviting

Nothing major that we didn't like. Just small things, our room didn't have the tod to hold the toilet paper, if I was traveling with small children I wouldn't have been able to bath them due to no tub stoper. But those are all minor issues.

The hotel was great. The staff was great, the room was great, and it was very enjoyable.

We were told in order to great fresh towels and linen, we had to call front desk before 9am. We were not told that at check in and it would have been nice if housekeeping could just give fresh linen. Nobody wants to reuse dirty washcloths and towels.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. A lot of restaurants nearby and the mall was close by also.

Swimming pool was closed down. When I booked the hotel, I was looking forward to swim with me and my children. Didn’t say anything about the hotel, swimming pool being drained and cleaned.
