Well, I liked most things, the receptionists and two managers on duty were very polite and very helpful The rooms clean and nice, temperature great.

Well, I liked everything except for the breakfast staff very, very rude, the receptionists and two managers on duty were very polite and very helpful the breakfast staff is a turn off. I had to purchase breakfast outside because my family was yelled on twice. We were a party of 12 persons (1 family) There was a limited amount of breakfast items. Eggs and sausages every day with waffles The keys had to be changed every day ???? During our stay no hot water in two rooms we had 4 rooms as a family.

Started off not great, the room I was given was dirty, but marked clean since Feb 8th, I checked in feb 12th, one girl that was working that night was wonderful the other was not personable, however the one girl with short hair and glasses was very sweet and upgraded our room and apologized, get more people like her. The lady in the morning hrs was fabulous and sweet as well. Turned out to be a great stay bc of these two ladies, not to mention the lady that did the breakfast, very sweet and personable. The long hair girl that also worked the night of the 12th maybe rethink having her she was not personable at all, probably not a great fot for her to work with the public.

Kelly was amazing & very professional she was very helpful with any questions we had asked best customer experience ever it's a shame that she will no longer work at this Establishment she is a hard worker & likes to help everyone who walks into this Establishment with a smile on her face best customer experience ever all the staff at this Establishment was very friendly . I will be returning to this Establishment again 😀

That the pool was not open

Nice looking lobby and my room was fairly large and clean. Excellent breakfast. Decent fitness center. Good location for travelers but no restaurants within safe walking distance. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is under renovation so, while there are many things to complain about, these complaints may be moot. Nonetheless, I will complain. My room had no towels or hair dryer - had to get these myself from the front desk. The desk chair was not a task chair (too low for typing). The fitness center cardio equipment was functional but the weight equipment appeared to be disassembled and the room had construction debris and drywall dust on the perimeter.

The whole place was amazing!! It was family friendly, pet friendly, military friendly...it was just great!! The beds were so comfy. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. They had wood laminate floor, sink, fridge and microwave i the room. It was so big and spacious. The breakfast was amazing!! They had eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurts, cereals, and muffins. The pool was beautiful, the laundry facility was nice. $3 to wash, and $3 to dry,but u get 60mins on the dryer, so ur clothes are actually dry, and u dont have to keep going down to check it every 6mins. Im. A travel nurse and stay in alot of hotels across the country, this was my first time in a main stays. I will def be staying here again in my nxt contract. I will def book this particular hotel for the nxt army graduation!!

There was not one thing i didnt like!!

The hotel was a really great to stay. I was there to visit Fort Moore and the location was great. The room was clean and the beds were great. The breakfast in the morning was just enough to leave in the morning. Planning to come out in March to Fort Moore and will definitely look up this hotel.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like with the hotel. But there were very few eating places around the hotel.

All staff very polite friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great every morning and the woman working in that area was so sweet and helpful . Outside area in back was so peaceful and relaxing it was like having access to a wooded back yard . The tree gazebo was beautiful.

Pillows weren’t they comfortable

The 2 ladies working the front desk, I always enjoy their personalities and their hospitality. They are always very friendly and a joy to speak with.

The breakfast is usually good but the hotel was full to capacity; nothing was left and no one replenished the food. It wasn’t close to the 9:00am either.

It was clean and in a good location

We were not informed that there was a $100 deposit due upon check it. It was not on the booking.com site, and we received no email telling us eould be collected. And, it is 7 yo 10 business days to have it refunded. This is an expense we did not plan for and did not expect.
