The friendliness of the staff, in particular, Wanda, made us feel welcome and special. She helped us with everything we needed, directions, restaurant recommendations, printing boarding passes and much more. Her greeting every time we entered or left and the brief chats were so uplifting and made the stay extraordinary. The setting was beautiful and relaxing and having a place to spend time with family was wonderful. Thank you for for not just giving us a place to stay, but in our time there, a place to come home to.

I can’t think of any way to improve upon our experience.

Cold room( visited in summer), real walk in shower and toiletries, pool, gym and local access to another gym, walking trail by the lake on property and regular priced food service (dinner and after dinner). Our room had a view of the lake.

The hallways were very warm and humid. Breakfast offered was not free. Other hotels give the same variety of food for free. We went down the street to a restaurant and ordered an excellent meal for the same price.

Afternoon crew was remarkable and nice and the lounge waitress super attentive . Loved our room very comfy and clean .

The Buffett breakfast for 14 bucks a piece is a joke . Nothing was fresh Or stocked . DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING THE BUFFETT . I’m telling you so right here !!! Order from menu it will be crispier fresher and hot . All the tables were a mess the hostess / waitress needs an attitude adjustment , you can tell she hates her job .

The A/C was broke but that’s no one’s fault. The room was comfortable and very clean.

No discount for no A/C. Shouldn’t have to ask for that. I was disappointed that there was no Bible in the room. Everyone regardless should have some contact with God’s word. The coffee station could be in a better place, too small of an area.

The location was everything that I loved. The front desk and staff at restaurant were courteous.

Housekeeping would open doors and allow them to slam on the locks in preparation to clean, but they were so unbelievably loud and unfair to resting staff. The entire walls and doors would rattle!! It was as if they were announcing "it's time to get up and get out" with out actually saying it. This to me is a perfect way to get complaints and negative reviews. Since I am fond of Hilton,and frequent them when I travel, I know that this behavior is not typical of Hilton. But, I sure hope it's corrected.

Great location, close to the friends we were visiting and close to Tesla Superchargers. Clean, comfortable rooms. Upscale neighborhood. Large rooms.

Breakfast buffet wasn't much better than free breakfasts at competitors.

The room was amazing!

1. The pool was closed during our stay 2. We entered the location address provided and it took us to the completely wrong location but contacted the hotel, and they gave us perfectly detail directions! 3. ***Not the hotels fault at all*** BUT As soon as we parked our vehicle there were two male individuals yelling and cussing each other in the parking lot. We have children so it was very concerning. We alerted the front desk staff about the altercation and they said they would take care of it!

The property was well kept and close to the hospital my mom was in. I loved that it was in a private and safe area considering I was alone this trip.

Everything was clean but my room smelled stale as if it hadn’t been used in a while or the carpet needed a shampoo

Great quiet location just off the highway clean and friendly staff they took great care of me while I was there made sure I needed anything I wanted.. it breakfast was OK also
